When my mother took me home, I tried my best to convince her I was fine. “Mother, I’m fine now. My arm doesn’t even hurt anymore,” I glanced at her, and regretted that I did. She looked furious. A flitter of hope crossed my mind, maybe she was sick of Keiji too. “I don’t believe you! How could you do that?! I didn’t raise you to act like that!” she screamed psychotically, and slapped me across the face. All I could do was look at her, shock clearly showing on my face. “You deserved to have your arm broken! You’re an embarrassment to me!” she hissed. I couldn’t believe my ears, was this really my mother? “The doctor will be here soon,” she whispered as she turned and walked into the house. “I don’t really think that was fair.” I looked around to see where the voice had come from, and saw Haji sitting in a tree. “Heh, what’s up with you and trees?” I tried to sound cheerful, but I could feel the tears brimming in my eyes.

I looked at the girl, and could see she was trying her best not to cry. I sighed and jumped down from the tree I was sitting in. “What are doing here anyway?” she asked me. “You dropped this,” I reached into my pocket and pulled out a little stuffed tiger and held it out to her. “Oh, I didn’t even know that I had lost it. Thank you so much,” she grabbed the tiger and smiled up at me. “Cute,” I whispered before I had a chance to stop myself. “Huh? What did you say?” she looked confused. “Nothing!” I said a little bit louder than I had intended, and she flinched. “I have to go,” I called out as I ran away, leaving her standing there. I could feel myself blushing... What the hell was wrong with me?

Kameko and I were right in the middle of trying to figure out what to do about Keiko's arm when loud voices distracted us. It sounded like Ayumi and Keiji. “Uh...We should go check on things...” I start to say. Kameko nods and we help Keiko up. She's not crying anymore, despite having a broken arm.
We walk slowly towards the voices, Kameko and I helping Keiko along. They're coming from the punishment room. “Dear sister,” I heard Keiji say softly, in his “sweet” voice “You have no business telling me what to do.” We reach them just in time to hear Ayumi's “It's cruel to do this!” Keiji smiles cruelly.
The two of them argue for sometime. I feel myself starting to get mad, but I say nothing. After a while, Keiji gives in. “Get her far from my site!” He hisses.

Ayumi begins to walk away. Kohaku starts after her, concerned about Natsumi. I rush after him and catch his arm, “Kohaku!” He freezes, and turns slowly to me. I can see the anxiety about Natsumi in his eyes. “Call me in the morning about how she's doing!” I demand. He nods and pulls away from me.
I pull my cell out and begin to walk back to everyone else. “Who are you calling?” Keiji demands when he sees me. “Keiko's mother.” I reply simply. He glares at me. A few minutes later I'm off the phone, having explained what happened and that Keiko is hurt. “Keiko,” I turn to see her sitting by Mai. “Your mom is coming to pick you up, okay?”
Keiko nods.

A while later Keiko has been picked up, and Mai and Kameko have gone to bed. It's very late, and I'm starting to long for the warmth of bed. I stand, and begin to bid Keiji adieu. “Wait.” He says, I look at him. “Yeah?”
“I am still annoyed at you for your part in tonight's events.” he begins “I am not sure I can trust you to be out of my site Ami. I am going to require you to sleep in my room so I can keep an eye on you.” He finishes softly. “Alright, but only if we can go to bed now.” I grin at him, agreeing for two reasons, 1) I'll be punished if I don't, and 2) I've known Keiji long enough to notice when he's lonely. And right now he is. Keiji rolls his eyes, but stands and begins to walk to his room, with me following.
“The servants are sleeping already, so you will have to sleep in my bed with me.” Keiji says softly, about halfway to his room. I nod, remembering the way we used to do that when we were little. I miss those days sometimes. It's really confusing, and I can't explain why, but I truly like Keiji despite his cruelty.
When we climb in his bed I say quietly, “You know, if you want company you can just ask like a normal person.” Keiji freezes, but doesn't answer. “Go to sleep Ami.” I roll towards him and close my eyes, wondering why our family get together always has to be so damn dramatic!

Alright! The feast is over! (about time, too!) Feel free to elaborate on your parts! ^_^
BTW, I included the Keiji-almost-sweet-moment because I wanted to show that Ami has a soft spot for him, and he is still human even if he has sadistic tendencies! But, hey, a wise man once said “Sadists are Masochists who follow the golden rule.”
So, where to now? Any other events we could RP???
And I though Keiko could look like this, but with darker hair ^^
