The red-headed beauty paced the corridor of St. Marks High School, the adoring stares of the boys going unnoticed as she made her way towards her classroom. She went to her seat in the back row, flaring out her skirt as she sat down. Looking around, she quitely passed a note to the boy next to her, who read it, laughed and flicked a piece of eraser at the blonde girl hunched over in her seat at the front. It hit her on her back and she turned around, only to see everyone talking away, telling their friends of the summer holidays just gone. The red-headed girl giggled and fanned her hair out as she turned to talk to the boy on her left. The blonde haired girl turned a pale shade of beetroot, and carried on scribbling in her notebook. The teacher walked in and started to take the register.
The red-haired girl was too busy talking to notice until her name was called out:
"Lana Smith?"
Putting her hands on her hips, she scowled at the teacher and remarked:
"What the hell have I done this time?"
