Ok, so here's what I need help on

My mom and step dad are getting divorced (which is nothing new to me) but this is the first time it really CAN take an impact on me. My mom is dating someone else and I think my step dad found out. He is throwing hissy-fits constantly and I can't handle being around that bastard. He just said something about getting our own electric something or another which leads me to believe that he is moving out withing the next few months. I need some help from people who deal with this a lot. I don't know how to handle this unless I go suicidal or emo or something (which has happened before (when my father died and I started thinking about it a lot))... The last time I had to deal with a divorce was when I was 8. I am 13 now and I've already got a lot of stuff going on in my life. I can't exactly talk to them or do anything about it. I need help coping with it.
