I watched as Lilith closed her eyes for a little.
When she opened her eyes, she was a different person. Like before. What was that name I heard the prince say? Kira?
"Well this is going to be fun!" she laughed at some scared soldiers.
“So, I’m guessing you can fight?”
I looked at her like she was crazy, "Are you serious?!"
“I’ll take that as a yes then,” she sighed. “Alright, you take that side, and I’ll take care of the others.”
With that, she flew into the air and gathered a white ball of energy.
I stood there to watch her, but then she hurled the ball of energy right down, and I quickly shielded my eyes.
The world lit up in a bright white light and I could feel the blistering energy on my skin.
When I saw the light fade, I uncovered my eyes and looked about me. All of her guards had been finished with, only mine remained.
She flew back down to me and said, "Are you alright?"
So she was Lilith again?
I nodded and grinned. If I hadn't moved before that energy hit, I'd be in the same state as her soldiers.
"Nice, now watch this!" I called to her as I movedd towards the guards at remarkable speed.
From the looks of it, my guards had been damaged although she managed to avoid knocking them out.
Too bad, they wouldn't be as fun!
I flicked three knives from belts and straps about my body and placed one in each hand and one in my mouth.
Finding the tiny openings and spaces in their burnt armour as I sped by, I gave a precise slice at certain muscles.
I whirled around, getting to every soldier.
Although a few took swipes at me with their swords, I dodged and cut their muscles.
Soon, I finished my graceful dance of flesh and metal and stood at the end of the arena, satisfied.
The soldiers lay on the ground, made immobile by their tiny wounds, but no blood had been spilled.
I slid the knives back into belts and straps and looked towards the fairy.
"Go team!" I said with a smile and held out my hand for a high-five.
