Miwako nervously looked around. She had no idea who she was supposed to room with. Girls and boys paired off one-by-one and almost noby was left out side. . She did see a scary looking woman with her hands on the boy, Chase's, shoulders. She caught Miwako's eyes and growled. That was something Miwako thought was weird, she'd never actually heard somebody growl at her. Such possesive behavior was crazy! Instinctively she crouched into a fighting postition. Something about this woman, though she was beautiful, was deadly and scary, like she came from hel itself. AS soon as Chase saw the object of the scary lady's evil glare, he rolled his eyes and flashed a misachievious smile at Miwako.
Her tough appearance melted into a fumbled blushing mess. And the woman laughed. She laughed. How nasty! All the boy's disapproval from earlier seemed gone though. Or maybe, he just wanted to get laid, being some sort of sex demon and all...
Not wanting to continue that akward stand off, she turned around. Though that didnt't help much because she ended up face to face with a dirty-blonde boy who was insanly adorable. She squeaked and almost turned away again but he spoke first.
"Hey I haven't seen you before, what's you name?"

After the girl turned away Chase looked back at Adalia.
"Did you see the way she looked at your! UGH that tramp! You won't fall in love or anything, right Chase?" she looked at him with those stupid puppy eyes he hated.
"Whatever, she's not my type anyway..." he said. "C'mon lets go to bed im exauhsted." He walked off and Adalia followed.

Xenosa looked at Calypso with rage.
"JUST SHUT UP OKAY!" She screamed in anger. "AND DONT YOU DARE CALL ME KID YOU BITCH I DON'T CARE HOW OLD YOU ARE!" She breathed heavily after the outburst but it didn't seem to bother Calypso.
"Damn Wretch," she said under her breath.
Calypso and Xenosa didn't talk until they got to the town.
Xenosa walked into the small pub like area and demanded transportation.
"Where you headed?" The bar man said. He noted the stitches on the to girl and decided not to mess with vespers. He's had a run in with one a while back and he never wanted to again. It would be easier to give them what they wanted.
"Lakarlica," Calypso said confidently.
"Ahh, I see," he said in fear. "I'll have two wind-riders ready in no time ladies."
Xenosa turned to Calypso and asked, "What the hell is a wind-rider?"
Calypso sighed, "don't you know anything? They're part Horse, Part dog, part bird beasts that glide on the wind or run like lightning. They'll get us to Lakarlica in less then an hour and a half."
"Whoa," was all Xenosa could say. Sure enough the man brought out two very horse like creatures with huge manes and paws. Not to mention gigantinc feathered wings. The barke and howled, but some whinnyed like horses. Such odd Creatures, though Xenosa.
"This," said the man handing a particularly nasty one to Xenosa, "Is Zelik, handle hime wisely. Be firm." He was sure she could take it. And he handed an equally terrifying one to Calypso, "Take good care of her. She only answers to Jacinta, don't shorten her name or she'll shorten you by half," He said.
"We'll see," were Cal's only words. Without even paying, the two vespers hopped on the creatures and began shooting of to the west towards Lakarlica.
