so i grew up watching digimon right? i mean i ADORED the show. In fact, i remember being close to (or maybe in) tears when i missed the finale of season one. I thought i'd grown out of it, but lately i can't get enough of it! I've been hunting down the movies and looking up digi-toys. I want to find Digimon world for the PS2 but i don't have a credit card so i can't buy it online (can i?)
also, i've read about the digimon virtual pet. Apparently it's the guy equivalent of the Tamagotchi (spelled right?) i want it T.T!! which is weird because
A)i've never liked virtual pets-they don't exactly rush to meet you when you get home do they?
B)it's a kid's toy...you'd think i would have grown out of it by now...oh well :) i guess my inner child's a hard one to keep down.
aand
c) i think i read somewhere that the digimon dies in about 20 days-what a waste of money!
i'm not sure if that last point is true though-is it the same with the tamagotchi?
so-what are your guys' childhood anime obsessions? did you ever grow out of them?
