That sucks molly. I know what you're going through. I have a friend who is going through similar conditions. When he's off his meds, I really have to call him on all the emo stuff we don't wanna hear about. And seriously, he doesn't benefit by dwelling on em either which he tells us he appreciates. Take his mind off things.

And as for the twitching, I personally know about that. I dunno if it's mild tourette's , or a nervous thing but I have this tic. My neck suddenly builds up a lot of anxiety or stiffness and my head shifts uncontrollably. Sometimes my arms and back join the action making me think its something to do with the nerves but i dunno.

I take some too but I'm on one that qualifies for the $4 a month program at Walmart so it makes it easy for me to stay on it.

My anti depressant meds. I've been fine for a few months. The tweeking is from the emotional state not the lack of meds.
