~Takumi~
I kneeled down and clutched my foot. “Damn it that hurt.” I muttered.
“Well do it again idiot.” Haru suggested sarcastically.
“Shut up.” I groaned and stood up.
“What are you doing now?” He asked as I reached into my pocket.
“getting you out of the shackles.” I answered pulling a paperclip out of my pocket and started un bending it as I walked over to him.
It took about 2 minuets to pick the lock.
“Thanks.” He said rubbing his wrists.
“Not I problem.” I answered pulling it out of the shackles.
“What…time…is…it…they…took…our…cellphones.” Haru said as we heard the knocks.
Then he pulled out his phone which was surprising that they didn’t take his away mine was easy to find and I didn’t have it any more so they must have taken it.
“It’s only 11 pm still Friday. So we’ve only been here for 5 hours.” He said closing his phone and putting it away.
I knocked on the wall saying that it was 11pm still Friday to them then I went to the door and was about to put in the code that opened our cell door when it opened by itself and I jumped back from the door. The same many from before and a lady that looked a lot like Mai only with glasses walked into or cell.
“How did you get out of the shackles Haru?” She asked pushing up her glasses.
The man must have instantly suspected me and glared at me. “My guess it that Takumi was the one that picked the lock.” He said.
I smirked “Damn right, I was a bit rusty though considering I haven’t don’t it in a few months.”
“What the hell do you want with us?” Haru questioned with a glare.
“That’s for us to know and for you not to find out.” The women smiled.
“Then maybe we should beat the answers out of the two.” I stated pounding my right fist against my left.
“Now you wouldn’t want to do that.” The man laughed. “Not when we could easily kill your two friends.” The door to our cell opened again and two other men were dragging Aki and Mai to our door.
“Let go of me you bastard.” Aki screamed trying to get out of the guys grip.
“Takumi, Haru, help.” Mai cried.
“MAI!” I shouted taking a step towards them but was stopped by the man.
“Don’t even think about it you two, now you are going to cooperate quietly or these two die.”
“Don’t you dare hurt them.” Haru ordered.
“Oh we’re not going to hurt them just run a couple of tests is all.” The women smirked and Mai and Aki were gagged and taken out of the room.
I ran towards the door and the man stopped me from going any farther I felt the door skim my fingers as I reached out for Aki and Mai.
“YOU CAN’T DO THIS!” I shouted.
“We can do whatever we want thank you.” The women said. Now considering that we already did your tests Takumi, here is the results of that test.” She said holding up a pill.
“What the hell is in the pill?” I asked.
“No asking questions.” She ordered. “Now be a good child and swallow the pill.” She ordered.
“You can’t make him do anything.” Haru interjected.
“Silence Haru, you’re testing is next.” She glared at him then looked back at me and handed me the pill. “Now take it and swallow it otherwise we’ll have to inject it into you.”
“Takumi don’t do it.” Haru said about to take a step to me.
“Do not interfere, Haru.” The man stated.
I took a deep breath ‘I don’t want anything to happen to them…I don’t want to take this but if it means that no one will get hurt…’ I thought looking at the pill. I shifted it to my fingers and pushed it into my mouth. The instant the pill hit my tongue I wanted to gag it tasted disgusting. But I swallowed it. I felt fine nothing was happening to me. Then you know when you run to fast and then you stop and your entire body feels like it’s just pulsing because your heart is beating so fast yea that’s what just hit me like a train. I felt my self falling forwards but Haru caught me before I could hit my knees. I was breathing heavily.
“TK what’s wrong? Talk to me.” He said “What the hell did you do to him?” He snapped.
“E-everything’s burning inside.” I muttered.
“It’s his DNA that’s changing.” I heard the women say.
“What are you talking about?” Haru stated.
“H-Haru, g-get away from me.” I whispered as all the heat shot to in between my shoulder blades. It felt like something was growing off my spin. I screamed as it pierced through my skin and I heard my shirt rip. I gripped onto Haru’s shirt and started feeling dizzy as I felt a warm liquid run down my back and soak into my shirt.
“We combined Takumi’s DNA with that of a raven. It’s interesting to see the result.” The women said I knew there was a smile plastered on her face with out having to look at her.
~Aki~
We were tossed back into a room and the door shut behind us. I was able to get my hands unbound and then I went over and started working on Mai’s. It looked like she was about to say something when we heard something hiss.
“A-Aki, they’re releasing some kind of gas in here, try not to brea-.” She passed out.
I held my breath as long as I could but I needed air and I took a deep breath in and started feeling really dizzy and passed out myself.
