~Takumi~
“Mai what’s wrong?” I asked.
“oh it’s nothing, I just turned my head to fast and got dizzy is all.” She laughed lightly.
“It’s my fault.” I muttered. “I shouldn’t have asked you guys to come, I didn’t want any of you to get hurt.” I said looking down at my feet.
“Takumi, we you’ve have come even if you didn’t want us to.” Mai said placing a hand on my back close to my wings, I flinched when she got to close to them and she pulled her hand away.
“What’s wrong with your back?” She asked.
“It’s nothing don’t worry about it.” I laughed.
“Turn around, and let me see.” She ordered.
I sighed and turned around.
“What do you mean nothing s wrong the back of your shirt is soaked with blood, and you have tears in your shirt.” She stated.
“I told you it’s nothing now lets get out of here.” I said quickly taking a step away from her and towards the door.
“And how are we going to get out of here?” I heard Aki say.
“I see you’re a chipper as ever, Aki.” I smiled and then went to the code and punched in the code that I heard earlier that night. The door opened and I bowed thank you I’ll be here all week not really, come on lets go.” I said with a wave.
Considering that Aki was still kind of out of it, Haru carried her on his back. Mai was able to walk by her self but I grabbed her hand to make she that she wouldn’t suddenly collapse. We semi ran jugged as fast as we could down some hallways. We were lucky we haven’t gotten caught yet so we stopped so Mai could take a breather.
“I’m okay.” She said taking a few deep breaths.
Then a red light above us started going off. “Awesome.” I muttered.
“I think they know we’re gone.” Haru mentioned.
“Lets go.” I said pulling Mai along.
Haru ran ahead of us. “Look a glass door.” He said and ran up to it and opened it.
We ended up on a balcony four stories up.
“Oh my god.” Mai said backing up from the edge of the balcony.
“We have to jump, there’s no way we can make it down to the first floor.” I said.
“TK, you sure about this?” Haru asked looking at me concerned.
“We have no other choice.” I answered.
“There they are!” We turned around to see a group of guys in white coats running towards us.
“Go!” I yelled and then picked Mai.
“Takumi, what are you doing, maybe they’ve pumped you with to many drugs.” She tried to talk me out of it.
“Just trust me.” I whispered in her ear then stepped onto the balcony and jumped off.
She screamed and clutched onto my neck. I spread my wings and let the wind catch them and we went soaring into the sky.
