“Ahh!” I said as I felt it sting. It was like my neck was in fire. As that feeling started to die down, more would get put on. I hated it, but I know that it was getting cleaned out, and that it would save me a lot of pain later.
“Almost done, bear with me.” Takumi said softly.
“I will.” I answered. The burning went away, and I felt the softness of gauze, and then a bit of tape.
“Ok.” He said I got up and turned around.
“Thank you.” I said.
“No, you should have never gone through that, it’s my fault.” He said looking away.
“Stop it right now Takumi.” I suddenly felt really warm. And the room started to spin.
“Mai? What is it?” I heard. My knees gave way, and I slipped into blackness.

“No Mai don’t close your eye’s kept those grey eyes open.” I heard. I was confused, but did as I was told.
“Talk to me Mai.” Takumi said. “Come on talk to me, or I’m going to put an ice cube down your shirt.” I couldn’t help but laugh. “At least you’re laughing it gets more oxygen into you.”
“Hey…” I smiled, he really was an angel.
“You idiot you should have told me you were felling dizzy. I care about you to see you like this. All three of you are like my family, and I don’t want you to get hurt any more then what’s already happened.” I found his hand. Just, family…
“It’s not your fault Takumi…even if you wouldn’t have told any of us…we would have come anyways.” I smiled. I felt warmth over my hand.
“But now you’re hurt, don’t ever scare me like that again.” He muttered.
