After Mai finished texting me I went and called Haru. The phone rang twice and he picked up.
“Hello.”
“Hey babe.”
“Oh hey honey what’s up did you get a hold of Mai finally or is Takumi still playing his little games with her?”
“He gave her her phone back, she just text me and told me that he was in the shower.”
“I don’t understand why she doesn’t just tell the boy how she feels honestly.” He sighed.
“She doesn’t know if he likes her back.”
“That’s a good point he’s a tough nut to crack.”
“And I really wish I could read his mind.”
“You still can’t read his mind?”
“No, and I don’t know why.”
“Hey don’t worry about it baby, I love you.”
“I love you too, Haru. Thanks for being there for me.”
“You know I always will.”
“Thank you, good night.”
“Night babe, I’ll miss you.”
“You’ll see me tomorrow.” I laughed.
“I know I will, love you night.”
“Love you too. I’m going to hang up now and go get some sleep.”
“Alright. Night.”
I hung up the phone and went and got changed then went to bed with my phone right next to my head.
