He placed her on a bed and got something out of the cupboard and got a glass of water. Then he stuck the pill in her mouth and then sat her up a bit to have her drink the water. In about a minuet she was able to move again.
“What did they do to her?” I asked.
“I’m guessing my wife was seeing if she had any allergies and then did another round on the small object that is in her neck now.” He answered. “I’m not to sure what it does that’s not my department of specialty.”
"Ahhh." Mai cried clutching her neck.
“I’m sorry the pain will go away in a few minuets.” The man stated.
“So I’m guessing that they really can’t do to much to me now that they’ve changed my DNA.” I questioned.
“I’m not to sure.” He shook his head “I’ll go get Aki and Haru.” Then he left the room.
"Mai." I said softly and she got up and walked over to me and collapsed on the bed. "Mai!"
"I'm ok." She said bringing her legs up on to the bed so she was laying down on the bed.
"Where does it hurt?" I asked.
"M-my and and neck." She replied.
I pulled her up further on the bed so she was mostly laying on top of me considering that the beds weren't really made to have two people laying on them.
"Are you ok?" She questioned.
“I’m fine, it’s you and the others I’m worried about.” I answered.
“I’m so happy you’re alright.” she smiled a little.
"Don't worry about me, I'm not one to worry about." I laughed a little.
