"How do I know it's you?" I asked through the door.
"Mai, what are you talking about?" He asked
"G-Go to the window and let me see your eyes." I said. I leaned over and he looked in at me. I saw they were a startling blue color, and I immediately opened the door for him.
“What was that all about?” He walked in. He reached around like he wanted to get at an itch, but it didn’t work, he just started going in circles like a dog chasing its tail. “I can’t get the itch on my wing.” He huffed and sat on the floor. “I give up.” I got down on my knees behind him and scratched his wing.
"You, weren't yourself again." I said softly. I moved from his wings to his shoulders, and started giving him a massage. "You tried taking your bandages off."
“Well the bandage should be changed anyways.” He reached for them, but couldn’t reach. “It has to be in the spot that I can’t reach.” He grumbled.
"Would you like me to help?" I asked.
“Oh um…please.” He asked.I grabbed the med kit and went out to the kitchen.
