Clothes: Nearly always wears a baseball hat, but other than that his clothes are kinda "punk/rockstar": Black, have skulls and stuff on them...

Personality: Childlike. He is extremely kind and innocent, and he will do nearly anything to gain approval of those he looks up to.
Speaking Pattern: Bad Grammar. He cannot spell, and when he writes his letters are often backwards, his speech is the vocal equivalent of such. He slurs a lot of words, and uses way too many apostrophes. (EX: 'Ey looka dat! Innit it funnry?) <---bad example, I couldn't think of what he would say... but that's about how he says it...

Background: Orphaned at age 5, he was taken in to Luan's family, and lived with them for several years until they joined the J. Silver pirate crew.

~Luan: Best friend, basically his big brother, they have been friends for as long as he can remember.
~Lily: Childhood sweetheart, died when he was about 9.
~Meona: Friend, like a big sister to him
~Ron: His boss, she is really mean to him, but he can't help but like her. He's even had a slight crush on her, but no one knows about it.
~Neomi: (Ron's twin sister, and Nino's OC) A friend, he had a crush on her too, but he was more open about it because she was nicer than Ron. But I highly doubt she returned the feelings....
~Toshi: Long distance friend.... Or something like that.... Joe thinks he is really cool because he tells amusing stories.
~George: (Ron's Parrot) Friend/trouble making partner, Joe takes care of him when Ron is sleeping... so basically always....
~Nino: His best friend that is actually a real life person.
~Ryan (and his crew): Acquaintanceship/Friends....
Heck, Joe is just friends with everyone, whether they are friends with him or not.
Occupation: Pirate Navigator & Map maker. He also does the majority of the cleaning duties aboard the ship.

Name: Luan Ala
Age: 18-21
B-day: October 21st
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 155ish?
Hair: Naturally Blonde, died green. Has had two different styles. He went through his emo phase, where his hair was long, and fully covered half his face, and then he cut it short to... however you describe the above picture? :P
Eyes: (Or EYE in his case xD) Bright Green
Clothes: Casual. Often wears earthy tones... Prone to wearing aprons/chef hats. :P And an eye patch... you can't forget that...
Other Physical Characteristics:He only has one eye. The other has a terrible burn mark and scars over it. He can barely open it, and when he does it appears to just have the whites. After he cut his hair, he always wears a large eyepatch to cover the scars.
Flaws: Scared face, easily depressed, bad vision.... (duh)

Skills: Makes good pies... sometimes...
Personality: He's kind of a loner and doesn't easily make friends, but when he does he strongly values them.
Speaking Pattern: He's got a really pretty voice, and if he would sing, it would be AMAZING... but he doesn't sing, so he's depriving me of something beautiful 
His voice is deep and gentle, and he doesn't talk much more than he needs to, except around Meona, whom he is prone to blabber and say stupid things about. He is incredibly cheesy.

Background: His Mother is an alcoholic, and he never knew who his father was. He grew up with his best friend Joe, and his sister Lily who always wanted to be a pirate. When they got a chance to join a pirate crew, Lily instantly went for it, Joe followed, and Luan didn't want to be left alone with his mom, so he went with them. However, just before boarding the ship, there was an accidental explosion, which cause Luan to loose his eye, and Lily to loose his life. Luan went unconcious for several months, and woke up on the pirate ship. Since he was already there he decided to join the crew, and live his sister's dream for her.
Relationships:
~Lily: His older (possibly-half-)sister, he's slightly obsessive about her.
~Joe: Best Friend, been together since childhood.
~Meona: Love interest, eventually learns to love him too, but only sees him as a friend for a significant amount of time...
~Ron: His boss. He tries to do everything to her satisfaction, but doesn't always...
~Frederick: His pet giant flying fish.
~Ryan: Rival, feels like he must fight him to win Meona's love.
Occupation: Cook on a pirate ship. He is very bad at making most foods, but he can make good sandwiches and pies...
Weapons: Doesn't fight unless he has to. Works with explosives disguised as pies.

But I think she would kill me for that. So, I'll share something she didn't draw. Here's a pic of Ron and Meona together. It was drawn by my RL friend who doesn't have an Otaku Account, but is really awesome... Her name is Kylie.
