if you want to do something go and do it, if you want to try something new go and do it because one day you might not be able to have that chance to try it. from past experience i used to do free running i loved it and there were many tricks i was worried about trying but just under 2 years ago my friend damaged me in a way where i wasn't able to free run and i still can't. knowing i can't do the one thing that gets me out the house and being social it makes me depressed and makes me feel so useless but it made me realize that you shouldn't give up on something you enjoy because one day you will regret not trying it at all and when im back to free running im going to land them tricks i was so afraid of doing.
