Sometimes we forget what this life is about. Sometimes we lose our way, because noone is perfect. We have mistakes we don't want to show to others, mistakes we try to hide. But shouldn't we try to make the best out of this one life we have? There's no second chance, no "reset"-button we can press to restart this game. So why don't we start living being who we are? Being selfish is only human so give it a shot and live your life the way you want to.
