Merry Christmas Eve!!!!! I got home from church about an hour ago (yay, church is over ^^) and now we're having out annual Christmas Eve party at our house. My family started to come a little while ago. Theres me, my sister, my mom, my dad, my aunt, my uncle, my cousin, my other aunt, and my other uncle. We always just eat a lot and watch TV while the grown-ups talk and the kids (i.e. my sister and i) run around, it's fun ^^.

I went over to Caitta's house yesterday, it was fun!!!! Kyan and Lina came over too, and we all exchanged gifts. I got an awesome Bungalow wallet with deer on it from Lina, an amazing fan art pic from Caitta, another awesome fan art pic from Eva, and wonderful warm mittens from Kyan ^^. Thank you all so much!!!! After that, we ate dumplings for lunch, then went outside and swung on Caitta's tire swing. Wait... i just went on Caitta's world and realized she wrote about all this too, so you probably already know... oh well i don't feel like erasing all this, sorry Caitta .

We're going to open presents soon!!!! The ones from our aunts and uncles, i mean. We usually wait untill Christams Day, but we have to do it now becuase one of my uncles is leaving tomorrow on a long trip. He's going kinda far away- to Antartica, in fact. No, i am not kidding. He really is. I only just found out a few days ago, it went a little like this:

m(mom): now remember kids, we're going to open presents on Christmas Eve this year.
k(kaly): why???
m: becuase your Uncle's leaving Christmas Day.
k: where's he going?
m: Antartica.
k: oh, sounds cool- wait WHAT???!!!

Yeah... he and my aunt are big travelers, (they went to Peru, Italy, South Africa..) so i guess i shouldn't be too surprised... but i am. Antarctica!!! He could freeze to death!!! And he's sleeping on the boat at night, so if he gets seasick he's stuck. *sigh* i'm probably just over-thinking this again...

oh well. We're about to open gifts now, yay!! Merry Christmas!!
