I'm going to throw a couple of things at the bottom of this post that have to do with the RP. If you wouldn't mind reading that when you're done, I would have to be eternally greatfull. It's probably going to be a bit long, so sorry.

It was early in the morning, and my squad was grouping up to put their votes in. The train would be arriving in a few minutes. More importantly though, K'satri hasn't seemed to have been effected by my recent attempts at wooing her.
Seth came from another cart. "I found a cup we can place the votes in." She took a seat.
As Charles the Collector, I had great news as well. "I've found some paper and pencils. This one is especially for you K'satri." That's right, I saved the second best pencil for my love. (Me: Try to guess who he gave the best pencil to.)
Rei spoke up interrupting my lovely presentation to her. "This will be a simple democratic vote on who will be leader. One person one vote. Ties will be solved by revote until solved. Place your vote in the cup."
Everyone placed their votes in the cup, I got it last, worked my magic, then passed it to K'satri to read. "OKAY EVERYONE!!!" God she sounds cute. "Our first vote goes tooooooooooo..." She hesitated. "Chuckles the Ninja Clown." Everyone twitched a little. "Alright, our second vote is awarded to the great..." She stopped again. "K'satri's love... who voted for Steve besides me?"
I spoke up. "I believe that's another vote for me." Smack! The cup hit me in the face. "Oww, you are a violent furry, aren't you Rei."
"Such a cry baby, that didn't even hurt you." Rei grabbed the votes from K'satri and searched through the names. "There are eight of them, all for Charles..." Smack! "Oww" That time he hit me with his fist. It looked like her hurt his hand.
Desmine stood up. "Where are the real votes you idiot."
"Is it so hard to believe I'm charming enough to get eight votes."
Smack! Desmine was the one to hurt her hand this time. They really don't learn not to hit me, do they. "First, there are six of us. Second, YOU'RE AN IDIOT!"
Seth was searching through the votes. "Charles... all of these are labeled different, how many nicknames have you come up with for yourself."
"At latest count, 255.12. FOR I AM CHARLES THE DIVERSE! The .12 is the preparation for Charles the Diverse."
K'satri came over. "Just tell us where the votes are."
"Anything for you, but..."
"What?"
"You didn't win K'satri." oTZ "Please forgive me."
Smack! "Oww" Rei hurt his hand again. "You didn't even cheat to make her win." He sighed. "Just tell us who won."
"It was... OH PLEASE DON'T HAVE HER WIN!!!" Everyone was staring at me, prepared to hurt their hands again. "Okay, fine, it was Eagle Lady by a large majority."
Everyone left me alone for the few minutes that was left on the train. When we arrived, we quickly disembarked and had our communicators light up. A few seconds later Captain Terse appeared on the screen.
"This is a pre-recorded message. Nice to see you've finally arrived. In the time it's taken to get here, the Leech problem had drastically increased. Expect to find many leeches, and large ones." There was a skip in the message. (Ohhh, info left out. I must be planning something evil.) "You will find two military vehicle outside the station waiting to transport you. Your squad leader will separate you up, most likely into groups of three, and select a temporary leader. The temporary leader will be in charge of running the group the squad leader isn't in." She cleared her throat. Each squad will take the correct vehicle to their power plant
I saw a shop nearby, built into the station, I headed towards it while listening to the message.
"You should arrive near the afternoon."
Inside the shop I found the most perfect gift I've ever seen. I must get it, then everyone will forgive me.
"I must apologize that we won't be able to provide any assistance. Best of luck to all of you." The screen shut off.
I headed back over to my group with my newly purchased gift. They didn't seem to notice I was gone. I held the gift in my hand and snuck up on Rei.

I slammed the gift on the top of Rei's head, and he jumped.
Rei has equipped novelty cat ears.
+2 Charisma
+2 Dexterity
+1000 Furryness
"What the h*ll did you put on my head."
I smiled. "Cat ears. I thought you'd feel better about your furry insecurities."
K'satri saw them. She laughed a bit. "They actually look sorta cute on you."

I didn't try to find a way to force Rei into wearing cat ears every now or then or anything. Anyways, that took forever to write. I have two things to address down here.
First, we'll consider the second your half of the squad gets on their truck, to be almost instant transport to your power plant.
Second, I'm expecting a post from Rei and Des. Des will sort the teams, Rei will respond to KITTEH EARS. Whoever does their post second will put everyone on their trucks. If you feel like putting a post up before they both get their posts in, go ahead. Just don't wander off from the group.
Third, I was thinking of doing something different from usual for combat. Instead of making normal posts, I was thinking we could do it board game Dungeons and Dragons style. So please vote in the comments.
Yes, I would like to give this a try, if it sucks we get rid of it.
No, I don't even want to try it.
Fourth, I will have a list of the abilities of a squad leader. Right now I'll just say they can split the squad (The one the squad leader isn't in is called a sub team), and select someone to temporarily lead in their place, or at the head of a sub team she creates.
