Moonsailor has kindly provided the glitch for today. Listen well....
One day, Moonsailor was playing The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe for the Gameboy Advance... and made the mistake of deciding to play a level that had already been beaten. Apparently, in this level, the player was supposed to rescue a cute little bear cub. After you find him, an earthquake occurs, causing your character to find another another way back to where you started.
Moonsailor went to find the cub this second time and SURPRIZE! The ground beneath Moonsailor began to violently shake. The earthquake was already happening before Moonsailor could even approach!
This glitch is classified as "Loop Obstical" in my book, meaning you are stuck in a game's particular level because the gameplay itself has been affect to the point that it will not allow you to proceed.
Moonsailor explained that this this obstical was was particularily frustrating, "because you can't beat that particular level without finding the bear."
Ugh. I can only imagine how irritating that must be. Good grief! It's sad that the poor bear cub will be trapped forever too!
Moral of the story: hmmm. This is more of a programming moral. Expect that the player will more than likely repeat their favorite stages and take the time to even out any game play abnormalities that may occur from playing any particular stage a second time. The last thing you want is to have your players be punished for enjoying a particular level of the game!

Thanks Moonsailor!
