For the benefit of not only Kit, my creator, but for all the authors of PGR, I'm going to keep a summary of all my current relations with the people I've met at PGR.

Lupe the Lopunny - hasn't met officially. Recognizes her voice as the loud shouty person from that random dinner.
Estelle the Espeon - hasn't met officially. Doesn't recognize her apart from occasionally seeing her around while he explores the town.
Nyarth The Meowth - After finding out Nyarth calls Lux his older brother, Glyph has decided to take on an 'older brother' role too. He has asked Nyarth to call him big brother, but as of yet, Nyarth hasn't done so.
Lux the Luxray - First person he met here. Since the first time he saw Lux was at a bar trying to pick up younger women, Glyph occasionally refers to him as Luxy Perv due to this first impression. It doesn't matter that Lux hasn't acted pervertedly since then.
Xio the Dark Luxray - Sees him as 'the cool version of luxy perv'. Has kissed him on the lips, spur of the moment, to show Rai that kissing is no big deal. Views Xio as a possible rival. He may not look it, but he doesn't drop his guard down when Xio is in the area. Nicknames include: Cool Cat, CC, Xi-Xi, and Kitty cat
Shupple the Banette - Has seen but hasn't really talked to. Would recognize her appearance, but not her name.
Tanner the Tangrowth - Never encountered.
Kiki the Kirlia - befriended. Finds her cute and likes her smile, though doesn't see her in a romantic light. Yet.
Maura the Mawile - Never encountered.
Arc the Arcanine - Identifies him as Delin's puppy for now. Hasn't had many conversations with him and doesn't know him well.
Luca the Lucario - Views Luca, as a fighting type, as a possible sparring partner. Won't act on this until he befriends him. Right now, the two are mere acquaintances.
Delin the Deino - Considered a friend and play mate. Glyph greets him with hugs frequently, though hasn't licked him since being licked back. Likes to put Delin in situations that make him defend his sexuality.
Haxlia the Haxorus - Never encountered.
Damaris the Dragonair - though not close, Glyph likes to watch Damaris and finds her pretty. When first encountered, she shed her skin due to his lick so he likes to try to make her shed skin more often because it makes her shiny. Recognizes Damaris as Delin's girl.
Sneari the Sneasel - Considers Sneari a friend since she made him a smoothie. Likes to snoop into her business and ask what she's up to, though will back off if it's too personal.
Patrick the Purrloin - Considered a friend and another playmate. Likes to gang up and tease Patrick along side Delin. Sometimes calls him 'Kitty' instead of patrick.
Maria the Minun - wants to be electrocuted by her to see if it tingles. Sees her as Patrick's special girl. Hasn't had much interaction with her.
Raimundo the Raichu - Considered a friend he likes to hang around. Sometimes literally. Likes to drag Raimundo into his mini adventures and often calls him 'Rai Rai'. Has kissed him under the mistletoe despite being straight and is oblvious to Rai's feelings of awkward towards him.
Umbral The Shiny Umbreon - Once used his head as a spring board to reach Rai. Wouldn't recognize him if approached.
Chii the Chinchou - never encountered
Hon the Houndoom - never encountered
Aberius the Absol - Currently dislikes him and sees him as a threat to Rai's safety. Doesn't speak to him, generally giving him the cold shoulder for no explainable reason.
Raine the Ralts - never encountered
Mist the Mismagius - never encountered
Dustin the Dustox - Briefly encountered at the dance. No strong impressions.
Lollita the Gothitelle - never encountered
Chandacy the Chandelure - Never encountered

Characters outside of PGR that might be mentioned or drawn with Glyph:
Finn the Flareon - filler character. Generally used to fill in a backdrop. Finn finds Glyph extremely creepy and generally wants to avoid him. Glyph finds his obvious discomfort amusing, though he pretends he doesn't notice it.
Overlord(true identity: Dren the Ralts) - resident of Victory City, a super villain that once hired Glyph to aid him in his criminal activity. Glyph is one of the few people who knows Dren's true appearance, though he doesn't know Dren's name or personal life.
The Seven Vixens - Septuplet eevee siblings that work under the Overlord. They are actually Dren's older siblings, though nobody is aware of this. Glyph just likes to watch them and hasn't really spoken to them.
Effie the Shiny Espeon - A busty woman in her early 20s that lives in Clover City. She is a key informant that Glyph goes to when he needs some information. She also works at a brothel.
Veeno the Victini - a very young street rat from Clover City that is notorious for being a deceptive little thief. Glyph was a victim of Veeno's trickery, though Glyph now respects the kid's skills.
Nocturne Yakuza - one of 6 rival crime syndicates that control Clover City, this is the group Glyph considers his family. He is called the Yakuza scorpion due to his association with this group and his job as their top level assassin. He has many friends in this Yakuza, and they may occasionally visit him in his new apartment.
