on july 19th 3:30 am Chiara Howard died. The day before she was on a family vacation to lake michigan. Her and her 4 year old sister elyce were swimming when the waves were extremely strong. If you read the caption on the pic i drew of her you heard that her mom grabbed elyce and signaled Chiara to follow. that was wrong. her mom did swim out but when she got as close as she could Chiara threw her little sister into the saftie of their mothers arms. her mom thought Chiara could follow but the waves were even too strong for her. THe lakes life guard eventually got her out but she was unresponsive basically in a coma. she was rushed to the hospital and immeadiatly put on life support. Chiara if she survived would never be able to walk,talk, eat, go to the bathroom or go to school by her self ever again. her parents had a choice to have a child who was disabled to the extreme or they could pull the plug and let her go. at 3:30 am they decided to pull the plug and Chiara died. i just got back from the veiwing and learned Chiara loved the water. atleast she died doing what she loved. please comment on this writing so tomorrow when i go to the funeral i can tell the family how well she did.
