Hi! It's Zoey! I am having trouble.

So the explanation for challenges says " You have to be an Otaku++ to create a contest" I get that, but then it says "You can enter a contest at any level" but all the contest say "Sorry! Challenge creators only!" Are people just shunning us newer members or is there a mistype someplace? If you know, an answer would be really nice! ^^'
