I'm new to the Otaku but am experienced in roleplays and the like. Please excuse me if my English isn't perfect at all times, I do try ^^''.
As you have probably gathered, this is a Hetalia roleplay where we just enjoy time together and enjoy our fandom.

Rules:- No flaming
- No God-moding (this is insanely annoying and unfair for everyone)
- No spamming with irrelevant topics (We'd rather not have long conversations about how many other roleplays you are in on which sites)
- Maximum of 1 character per person
- Please use (( and )) when speaking OOC
- Cussing is allowed but due to the regulations of the site I doubt it is permitted to write a lot of smut
- Weapons, violence and pairings are allowed but anything past roleplay will cause trouble

Inactivity for months of a popular character or breaking rules will result in deletion of character- I will issue warnings :3

OCs, Capital cities, non-official characters

Name: (Country/Capital/Human name if you wish)
Gender:
Appearance: (Big eye brows, haircolour, eyecolour and clothing....you get the idea)
A bit of information on the country/city- (information on country relations and history may help you create a good character and shows you know a bit about a place)
