Surprise, Surprise

Damn that bastard... I had completely forgotten that Greyson, the third Digit, was telepathic. Ugh, go to hell you emo freak! Well, I was trying to refrain from thinking things like that, before the dude gauged my eyes out... He was sending me death glares every other minute, ever since our little "confrontation."

Luckily, Saracen had saved me before Greyson could maim me or something. I'd better stay away from that dude from now on. Jett was no where to be found, Racquel probably didn't give a damn if I was myself or not (though I really wanted to know where she was), and Saracen was just too stupid to figure it out.

So the third Digit was my biggest threat at the moment. I was leaning against a tree, trying to think Rhys-y thoughts and look as nerdy and retarded as I could possibly be, when Jett entered the clearing I was in, followed by Saracen. Her short platinum hair bounced as she skipped into the open space, as well as something else...

My head snapped up. Must think Rhys thoughts! This is what happens when I'm away from Ayre for too long, I mused to myself with a sigh. Rolling my shirtsleeves down and buttoning my jacket to the very top button, I walked over towards where the other Team Evil members were and listened as Jett began talking.

He was saying something about the plane and all that useless crap, and how we were going to leave the next morning. Like I gave a damn. But I was still being Rhys so I tried to look like I cared even a little bit. Trust me when I say it was hard.

Looking up at the sky, I realized that the sun was already dipping below the horizon. Soon everyone was crouching down in order to get some sleep, and I figured I might as well do the same. Unfortunately, looking up Racquel's skirt was not an option here out in the open, but I was sure later on I'd get my chance.

Racquel, Saracen, Greyson, Jett, and I trudged through the pitch black forest towards the airport. I made sure to stay as far away from Greyson as I possibly could, and luckily he was restraining himself from murdering me right there on the spot. I was still alive at this point, which was a very good sign.

For some reason, he hadn't told anyone else about me being... Not Rhys. Which was good. But there had to have been a reason why he didn't tell his little leader, Jett. Not that I cared, but it seemed suspicious.

The rest of the walk passed in silence. I wasn't sure what Rhys would say in this situation. Being the little nerd was harder than it looked, since I couldn't just randomly shout out a math formula (not that I even knew any).

"Y equals mx plus b!" I shouted suddenly. What was that equation for?! The others looked at me like I was a moron, and Greyson was about to throttle me. Okay, so maybe that wasn't the best tactic ever...

"Alright, we're here!" Saracen exclaimed happily. We walked straight into the airport, heedless of the strange looks we were getting from the people inside. Saracen used her power to get us past the security, and we were at our terminal in moments.

"Does anybody know how to pilot a plane?" I asked, not knowing I had spoken until everybody turned to look at me. Instinctively recoiling at their hostile glares, I held my hands up in the air in a surrender-like motion.

Jett raised an eyebrow as he said, "I do."

"Okay, then..." I muttered. If only I had a gun...

The five of us strode right onto the plane with no problems from the flight attendants at the entrance. Either Saracen's power worked really well, or they were amazed by my gorgeous-ness. Well, they would've been if I wasn't in the shape of Rhys at the moment. So, they were disgusted by his hideous face and just wanted me to get away... That seemed to make more sense.

Once inside the aircraft, Jett immediately walked over towards the pilot's seat and began flipping numerous controls. Where the hell did he learn to fly a plane?! They surely didn't teach that in Digit school.

"I call shotgun!" I blurted, thinking that was the most Rhys-y thing to say. And I'd do anything at this point to get away from the daggers Greyson was mentally plunging into my heart.

Jett sighed audibly as I plopped down next to him. Trust me, buddy, I don't want to be on here as much as you do. He didn't say anything--something I had anticipated and hoped for--so when we took off I knew the flight was going to be an easy trip.

It would've been much more enjoyable if I had been with Ayre, though. Ugh, damn all of this! I honestly didn't care about being Rhys anymore at this point. So half an hour into the ride I stood up and made my way back to the passenger's area. Racquel was just getting up as well, and I smirked mischievously. This would be fun.

Creeping past Greyson--who no doubt already knew what I was planning--and dashing past Saracen--who was gazing out of the window longingly--I finally made it close enough to Racquel that I could touch her. And apparently she had sensed me, because she whipped around to face me then.

"What do you-" her snappy remark was cut off by the plane jolting. Stumbling backwards, the eighth Digit grabbed onto my collar in order to keep her balance, but Rhys's weak body couldn't withhold the extra weight and tumbled down to the ground with her.

I landed right on top of Racquel, pinning her to the ground. This was better than I could have ever hoped for! Grinning, I was about to start making out with her when she tried to push me off. What the hell?!

"Get off me, you disgusting freak!" Racquel ordered, staring up at me with disgust. Disgust?!

Then I remembered that I will still Rhys. Damn it. Now what was I gonna do? Obviously she wouldn't want to kiss Rhys... But this was a once and a lifetime opportunity... It was now or never...

I shifted back into myself. Racquel almost shrieked in surprise, so I leaned down and kissed her. It didn't compare to kissing Ayre, but I was desperate. And Racquel didn't seem to mind too much now that I was Fox again.

I felt a sharp pain in my private area and jerked back in shock--and pain. The eighth Digit quickly scooted back and away from me, giving me a perfect view of her underwear. Well, if you can't beat 'em...

She seemed to realize what I was looking at because she slapped me across the face. Standing up, I quickly followed suit and blocked her path to the front of the airplane. Rows and rows of empty seats surrounded us, and there was a vacant bathroom to my right. I could either morph into Rhys again, or pull Racquel into the bathroom with me if it ever came down to it.

"What are you doing here?!" she yelled, pressing two fingers to the lips that I had just kissed moments ago.

I shrugged. How was I supposed to reply to that? "Just... Don't tell anyone."

"And what makes you think I'd do that?" Racquel snapped, crossing her arms haughtily.

Thinking fast, I opened the door to the small restroom, took Racquel's arm, and pushed her inside. Squeezing myself inside the tiny space, I shut the door behind me and pressed my lips to hers.

"That's what'll happen," I murmured, smirking suggestively.

I was just hoping my strategies of seduction would work...

Haha I fail at getting other character's personalities right, so there wasn't much talking in this one... ^^;
