Lots of things I'd like to tell about today!
Well, I'll begin with Naruto chapters I caught up with yesterday and ch513 I've read today. Pretty boring, I have to say! Especially compared with recent Bleach. I'm afraid I missed the time to give up this series as I didn't really feel like reading it today, just did because of the habit of reading something on Thursday. XD In fact there were only 2 things which provoced some emothins in me: 1) the story about the house of Nagato, Konan and Yahico; 2) extra about Kaka-sensei's face (how happened that the last variant wasn't the right one?! XD)
Secondly, I've read new BlazerDrive today. It comes out so rarely that I can't remember what was in the previous chapter at all... One more series I read only because of one lovely character. Here it is Kuroki ^^
Now time for speaking about the series I finished reading these days.
PenguinKakumei - a lovely shoujo as all works by Tsukuba Sakura which I read. I expected it to be a but longer, but it is still nice ^_^
But the main topic of this post actually is the end of TenjouTenge. Still can't believe it even though it was obvious it had been coming. I don't want to say that I'm disappointed with the last chapter as it didn't spoil the whole impression bandly but it could be better. If there had been twice as many chapters from the point when Nagi leaves as there were and at the same time the plot hadn't been changed, just more detailes added, it would be perfect. I come to conclution that it is really hard to finish a good manga well. (Returning to Bleach again. The end now would be a perfect end for the manga, IMO) However, it's easier for me to forgive a too short end that a too long one (One of my favourite series X/1999 by CLAMP have the same problem but I love it the way it is. It is said to be not finished yet, but pesonally I don't think anything else is needed. On the other hand, I was greatly disappointed in the second ark of DeathNote: there could be no DN without L for me! Only Light's death made me feel that I wasn't reading this ark for nothing.) Lack of time for proper development of the story was worsen by the tension of the end of the previous battle. After it the final one seemed plain. I'm pretty sure I could have cried reading about Maya's death as she's one of my favourite female characters ever! But I hand't enought time to realize what was happening. I can be slow sometimes but still! XD Anyway, TT will remain in the list of my fovourites. What else to say? I was shocked by these "new teachers", they looked much better in thier youth... The main feature of this manga are mechanical arms, I believe. So now Oh!Great develops equipment for legs in AirGear. Btw, I'm on ch181 of it but I'll leave my feelings about it for some other time.
