Right now it's raining outside. My first thought was that slightly warmer weather would be nice. However, thirty eight degrees with nearly 100% humidity is just as miserable as below freezing. I've been staying warmly dressed, using blankets... and still finding myself cold. Ugh.
I decided to revamp my pandora station again. There was one group that even though I only had three songs marked as being approved... I just got tired of hearing them rather quickly. It's a shame really since I think DragonForce, a power metal band, is talented. But good grief, they play their songs like breathing is for the weak.
I enjoy stuff with a good heavy beat that is quickly paced, but this was just too damn fast even for me. I'd listen to it and by the end of the song I was thinking... SLOW THE HELL DOWN ALREADY! I tried shelving the song so it wouldn't play for a month, but within a few days of that ending... I discovered that once a month is enough... but every time I listen to the station... way, way too often.
So I removed the three songs, I don't want to hear anything by them for at least another month if not longer. If you like stuff that is fast paced and pretty much nonstop, give them a try, especially if you like power metal. =P
And in closing, I thought I'd give this a try.
I tried to answer the quiz honestly, but the questions were so obvious, they just made me cringe. I already know I'm on the logical and sarcastic side. I'd like to get Jade for something a little less... well… obvious.
