Currently Watching...

Okay, so here are the animes I am currently watching...

K (Project)[done]
-Okay this one deceived me in all honesty. I went into it thinking it was going to be some shoujo/comedy... for whatever reason. Probably because of the character design. But that really wasn't the case. It has its fair share of comedy, fanservice, and cute characters but in reality, this anime is about an unsolved murder and pretty much the equivalent of gang wars. Overall, I really loved it. The animation was amazing, the music was awesome too. The characters are all likeable in my opinion and finally; I found an anime where I feel no sympathy for the main antagonist. None!
On the downside though, I feel like it left a lot unexplained. 13 episodes wasn't really enough!
Tips/warnings?
1. Neko goes around naked. But nothing is really shown.
2. Yata swears a lot.
3. A fair amount of fanservice directed at both males and females.

Elfen Lied [done]
-I really liked this anime; despite the amount of fan service. Halfway into watching this series, I decided to look up the manga. I ended up reading through it and I loved it! It made me sad that the anime took so much out! If they redid it following the story of the manga, it would be amazing. Both the anime and manga are highly controversial and cross the line at many points, trust me. I've heard of many people picking this one up for the shock factor and that alone, but the story is very good and I actually found the characters like-able... Even Bando. I actually really like him, probably because I read his parts in the manga...which ARE WAY DIFFERENT and go more into depth.
My tips for you regarding this anime?
1. Pick up the manga at some point, even if you just skim through it.
2. It's gory. Very gory.
3. There's female nudity in almost every episode. If not every. (young girls and teenage.)
4. There's a large amount of controversial topics. (for example; torture and incest and those are just two...)
5. Really give it a chance and look passed the gore/nudity.

-Ah what can I say? This was a very touching anime. It hits some very relatable points. Childhood friends growing up and growing apart, meanwhile a dead childhood friend appears to only one member of their group.
I don't really want to go into details because that would spoil this short, 11 episode series.
Tips for you regarding this anime?
1.It's really sad. Really, really sad.
2.It has a good amount of comedy.
3. There is almost no objectable content! Yay!

Angel Beats! [done]
- I actually did not want to watch this one at first. But then I gave it a chance and it turns out that I really, really loved it. It was adorable and had a beautiful story. It was a good balance of comedy and sad moments.
I don't really want to say much about this one because I might spoil something.
But just don't let the comedy fool you. The ending is SAD. I'm not kidding.
Tips for you regarding this anime?
1. Give it a chance despite how silly it starts out.
2. There are a few violent parts, but nothing over the top.
3. It gets sad!

Madoka Magica [done]
- Well, I stand by this when I say "Looks can be deceiving" This seemingly cute magical girl anime is actually dark and at times complex. I won't say too much.
Go see for yourself! ;)
Tips?
1. It probably isn't what you think it's going to be.
2. Same as one.
3. Watch it.
