The newest Naruto chapter? Holy crap. His dad?! I can't wait another week, I want to know what happens! STUPID CLIFFHANGER!!

Ahem.

Anyways, this has been the week from hell. I don't know why. It's not like anything particularly awful happened, I think it's just this ridiculous time change that has thrown me off, so I'm sleep-deprived and grumpy. But I guess this week hasn't been so bad--boring as watching paint dry... I think I might be going to a birthday party this afternoon. [Kind of don't want to go, 'cause it's a guy-friend of mine and the girls going are the same girls that seem to shun me...] And then tomorrow I'm going to a wedding! I've known the groom for 12 years and the bride for like 5 or 6, so I'm pretty close to them both, it's going to be really weird to see them get married, though.

Ok, I'll quit rambling, now.

Oh Sweet Jesus, Hallelujah

Supposedly, according to my dad, our power's back on. I haven't been able to go home to verify the fact yet, but hopefully it's true. My mom called him earlier and he says it's back on. So, PRAISE JESUS! Oh thanksGod. I'm so happy. I'll actually be able to clean my room. There are clothes strewn everyywhere because I have no ligt in my room so I just flung stuff around until I found pants and a shirt that were clean. Oh my gosh, I'm actually going to be able to use my laptop at home. I think I might just cry. I get the Internet back!! OH MY GOD!

OH MAH GAWD.

Holy crap. You know that 'yay snow, golly gee, this is gonna be fun' post I posted a couple of days ago. NO. FAILURE. 9 friggin' inches of snow later, Ink is not pleased. It's March. It's not supposed to snow almost a foot! Seriously!! Now the two snows days I had Monday and Tuesday wouldn't have been bad if I had had power at my house...but I didn't have power, now did I? Nope. Our power went out on like Sunday night around midnight-ish, maybe really early Monday morning. And it hasn't come back on yet. It's Wednesday night. NO POWER. Late Monday night my dad got the front part of our house hooked up to the generator [so the guest bedroom, basement and kitchen all had heat] so my entire family piled into the front of the house and slept there. NO FUN. By Tuesday, we realized that only four houses on our road were without power. That means, Ink's family + 3 other unlucky souls don't have power. That also means that we are low on the priority list for our power company. Anyways, Tuesday my dad got the back of the house hooked up to the generator. So we now have heat in the entire house, our refridgerator is hooked up and we can shower. That's it. No lights. No internet. No plugging stuff in. Nothing. Oh, we do have one TV in the guest bedroom that works, so we can get our NCIS fix. That's it. I'm at school and PRAISE JESUS IN HEAVEN they have wireless interwebz. HALLELUJAH. So I got to check my email and stuff and now I'm posting so you all can pity the poor frozen Ink. Our power's not supposed to come on until Friday [if you ask me it'll probably be later because our power company SUCKS.] Please pray for my sanity.

I HATE SNOW.

It's a blizzzzzzzard!

We're going to be buried under all this snow! Oh my goodness! I thought it was almost spring! Guess not. So we're supposed to get like 5-8 inches from today into tomorrow. How crazy is that?! It's like winter is giving one last hurrah. Hopefully we will be enough to get us out of school tomorrow and perhaps enough to cancel dance class tomorrow afternoon. I can hope. ^^ The precipition started out this morning as freezing rain and then when we got out of church it was sleeting and then in the car it turned over to snow. The snow was sticking to the road so by the time we got to the road I live on there had already been an accident. Two people were in the ditch on one side of the road and a minivan was in the ditch on the other side. Thankfully nobody was hurt. The road was really slick so that wasn't cool. I'm assuming as of road conditions before [and according to my dad they've gotten worse] I'm going to get the snow-day I've been praying for!

Food Rant.

Ok, so this is going to be completely random, but I'm going to rant about food right now. You wouldn't know it by looking at me, but I loooove to eat. And since none of you can see me [at least I hope you can't, that'd be rather creepy if you coudl] I'll enlighten you. 5 foot 1 [I know!! I'm finally over 5 feet tall now!!] and just north of 100 pounds. Anyways, I just had a BIG steak and pan-fried mushrooms with some toasted sour-dough bread. I love steak. I've been craving steak, and because my dad's coming back from Mexico today we're having steak to welcome him home. [I talked to him earlier and he actually wanted a taco. He's a dork.] Not that I can say anything because I was going to make myself chorizo earlier. For all you people out there who aren't up on Mexican cuisine, chorizo is Mexican sausage mixed with scrambled eggs. But, I suck when it comes to cooking so I just made toast. [laughing]

Good Lord, I have nothing better to talk about than food. D:
