More on Life

So. My post from earlier today was kind of boring. But, once I got home life picked up and just took off. So I had one of the best afternoons/evenings in a while.

First off, I was going to stay inside and be a bum. Uber glad I didn't. Dad was putting up mondo-big bird-feeders in the yard. The sister and I helped. That was some fun crap. We kept digging up pieces of old pottery; I said we'd hit some indian burial ground now we'd be cursed. I was sitting on the tractor and Dad would random exclaim: "I think it's a femur/skull/mandible!" I would laugh. We then decided we needed dirt [to fill up the planter around the birdfeeder]. So, Dad hopped on the tractor and was like "Come down the to river with me!" So I sat on the wheel-covering-thingy of the tractor as we rode a quarter of a mile down the the river behind our house; where there's a pile of dirt. I of course, ripped my shoes off and went into the [freezing cold] river. That was some fun mess. I got all muddy. So, Dad got a tractor load of dirt, which we drove back up to the house. At the house we picked ever.so.silently up, who rode with back down to the river for another load. My leg kept hitting the back wheel of the tractor, so I was covered in swampy smelling mud. It was FANTASTIC!! I luff mud. Mud is THE FUN!! XD

Then, we decided to go see my sister's boyfriend play baseball, so we drove over to the field and watched baseball and ate hot dogs. Them was some tastey hot dogs. I'm tellin' you! Sheesh, I stuffed like 2 in my face in under 5 minutes. It was pleasant.

I then went to dance class [unfortunately had to wash the mud off first...would've been fun to get there covered in mud and gunky stuff and see the looks on all their preppy faces!] and hurt my knee even more. Mother thinks I hyperextended it... Oh well. I only have a month until final performances; so then I can rest it all I want. Until them I'm plannin' on skipping gym class...[cough] It's purely for my knee!! I swear. It's not because I absolutely hate gym class.... [ahem]

Skipping Gym...again.

I've learned that I am one mean multi-tasker. Over the course of a hour and 1/2 [AKA physical science] I worked on my trifold board for my science project and made a small movie presentation of the history of India. So, Napoloen got a workout trying to run like 5 programs at once!! I was proud of myself because I got almost the entirety of my science stuff done [I just need to print and put it on the board] and I made my movie, which everyone said was the best presentation. I owe part of that to the music I played during the clip--which was the music box version of the theme from Howl's Moving Castle... Thank you, Miyazaki.

Ink really is a slacker.

As I've stated before; my high school has 'block classes'. I, personally, think they're crappy and boring. 3 Classes a day, an hour and 1/2 each, a 1/2 hour lunch a 1 hour of gym. So, the good classes aren't that bad. Like this morning in art--setting stuff on fire. That was good. Fire's nice. But, we get into physical science class, and we had 3 [yes 3] tests. No one studied. We are slackers! So, our teacher stressed the fact that it would take us the entire class period to do said tests. Ink, ever.so.silently, Muffin, Classmate A [refer to my mug shots of my classmates, she's the one right below the title], Classmate B [diagonally to the left and down from Classmate A, in my mug-shot sketch], Classmate C [below B, in the mug shots] all got done with said tests within the first 1/2 hour of class. We are now all sitting in the computer lab 'working on our science projects'. I think 3 of them are: Muffin, A and B. [I need nicknames for everyone...] I most certainly am not working. I'm blogging and slacking off. Ever.so.silently is raiding the library and I think she's reading Shakespeare right now...and Classmate C is on her laptop; which probably means she's doing exactly what I'm doing.

My excuse for not working on my science project is: "I can't print anything because I'm on my laptop, I'll just wait 'til I get home!" Or: "I'm done with my paper for science class, I'll wait for the work-day tomorrow to start on my trifold board!"

Ha. One of the ninth graders just survived the tests. She just came in the lab. I think our teacher underestimated our ability to guess our butts off if need be. The girl who sits beside me [AKA Muffin's prom-date] said at the beginning of class: "Who's ready to fail?!" I most certainly will not fail. I crammed 5 minutes before class; I owe my knowing most of the answers to my photographic memory!! Mwahahahahaha.

Geez. I'm too hyper right now... I had Mountain Dew this morning...BUT, in my own defense, it was only one and I haven't really had Mountain Dew for the past week...sorta...I might've had two last night...I can't remember. DX

...blegh

I feel like I haven't posted in a while... Whenever I get on to post, I have nothing interesting to say. My week [thus far] has been pretty stinkin' boring. The only thing of interest is that I have now lost the ability to bend my left knee. Which really sucked at dance class last night. Teacher: "Oh, I didn't even see that brace on your leg!" Ink: "Uh, yeah, it kinda hurts!" Ink was lying. It didn't kinda hurt. It really hurt. It hurt so bad that I could barely sleep last night because evert time I rolled over I'd bump it against my mattress and it would shoot pain up my leg. D: I'm hoping that it's enough of a sob-story to get me out of hideous gym class today.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA It was enough to get me out of gym class! Now, there's three of us [my 'brother' and our foreign exchange student and yours truly] down in the computer lab, slacking off. My mom stuck her head in the door a minute ago and said if we felt like being nice we could go help with the little kid's art class. Nope. I'm not going anywhere near small, demonic children and art supplies....I'm just fine staying in here, and listening to music--laughing that I don't have to be up in the gym sweating to death and playing what sounds like basketball.
