So, yesterday was probably one of the best days I've had in a long time. Got up at 5, and got on the internet so I could read the latest chapter of Naruto. Then headed off to the school to leave for our field trip. My dad, ever.so.silently and I were in a car together so we just completely deviated from the crappy google directions and took my dad's way to go to the amusement park. We ended up stopping for breakfast at McDonalds. So we got to the park; firstly my friend, Muffin, made me ride my very first roller coaster [besides ones at the state fair] it was one where they strap you in and you're standing up and it goes upside down. Having conquered my fear we rode a whole bunch of other awesomesauce roller coasters. My dad and I rode the wooden one together; we were laughing and making comments that part of the ride was falling off and that we hoped there were't termites and stuff like that.
After that I had dress rehearsal for my recital. My pointe piece went over fine. Ballet got to the point where my entire class completely blanked on what was next in the choreography and we took one look at each other and started laughing. After we hit the ending pose we were giggling and waited for the lights to come back on and our teacher looked at us like: "What was that?" So, hopefully we don't totally bomb it today. Bad rehearsal, good recital. I'm hoping that holds true.
So, after having a 17 hour day yesterday; I'm ready for another long day. I have two shows that I have to do. Then rush home and get ready for the 'prom' banquet thing. Then after that go to my house for ever.so.silently's and mine Sweet 16--after prom party shindig. So I have another full day today.
Hopefully tomorrow is easier. All I have to do it so go to human video practice. And then write a research paper...
I'll be so glad when it's summer vacation......
