Yes, I do have a job, let it be known I'm not a slacker, I am going to pay for college somehow. So I started work today... I'm currently the runner/shoe-fitter at the dance studio downtown. Apparently because I've danced for so friggin' long, I'm a good dance shoe authority. So, I got to fit bratty, little girls in tap shoes and ballet shoes. My patience level was tried--but I didn't get mad at anybody, so that's good. After the after-school registration rush [it's registration week for dance class, hence why I'm there so the parents can sign up for classes and get dancewear all in one go] ended it was just me, the lady who owns the studio and her son that was left...so we sat there and talked for a couple of hours. That was pretty fun. I get along really well with her son. I think he's about three years older than I am, but we've known each other for a really long time so we still get along well. When classes start up in September I'm going to be an assistant teacher for some of the younger ballet students, so that's pretty cool. My next workday is Wednesday; but, I have to leave early to go to youth group. It will be my best guy friend's last youth service because he's moving away. I love that boy so much, I'm going to cry when he's gone....
I HAVE A JOB.
