NOTHING IS WORKING!!!

ugg....well if you're reading this, tell me what you see, it may be different for my computer or something-is there music too? there's supposed to be music from imeem.com at the top and the wallpaper should be 100% visible...which it appears to not be. HELP ME SOMEBODY!!!
