2. Dress nicely; I hate skater people, sagging skinny jeans, and band shirts... I like a dude who can clean up nicely xD (i.e: dress shirts, jeans, blah blah)

4. Have a nice singing voice (doesn't mean you have to be in freaking choir or anything... I don't like choir dudes. Remember, #1?)
5. Play an instrument? (I like duets xD)
