I don't know what it is, but I find that alot of people I know are getting into smoking. Today my friend and I were people watching, its basically sitting and observing the people who pass us by. We saw this one kid who was in my shop class last semester. He seemed okay when I met him, but I never really got to know him. Anyway, we were sitting and he walked by us,, and this other kid grabs his shoulder and says, "Hey man, can you hook me up?"The kid pulls a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket, and gives it to the other guy. "Hey, thanks, man."The guy sounded stoned, like PERMAFRIED. No joke. Then he turns around and sees my friend and I and says "Hey ladies, you ever need something, I can get it for you. I don't think we've met. Let me introduce myself."I was slightly shocked that a stoner kid was talking to me (I've met a few, but I try not to interact). He held out his hand like he wanted us to shake it. My friend told him to go away and he says "Come on, I'm just trying to spread the love!"Again, no jokes. He actually said that.I stood up as my friend told him to get lost. He told her to get lost and she said "I'm already lost." I'm sure that confused him.Standing, I was actually and inch or two taller than him. He holds out his hand and says "See? She's got the love!"I said "No. Leave."So he looked at me and said "Fine," and stumbled on his way.My friend and  were both . . . startled by the encounter, and the girl whose locker is next to my friends' asked us if we knew who he was. Like hell we did. I don't associate with people who make bad decisions like that.What worries me most is; what should we do? There was a camera right there. I'm not sure if we should tell someone, and if we should, who do we tell?
