I basically aw my dad watching Akira and Afro Samurai all the time and I was curious about it so he explained it to me... so I looked up anime on netflix and watched Angel Beats then became obsessed.

Yui from Angel Beats- She's always so jumpy and perky... and really childish

I've only been to one a few months ago... I went to Anime Weekend Atlanta and cosplayed as Kanade Tachibana and Panda Hero Gumi...I plan to go to moer.

Pet peeves of an otaku

So we all have those specific things that drill under our skin, today I am going to point out the specific things that affect all of us otakus.
-1= When people mistake an anime for a cartoon
-2= When others mistake vocaloid for an anime
-3- "You watch too much anime!"-non-otaku
-4- Maybe not all of you here this, but I hear this everyday; "Why are you watching a chinese cartoon?"
-5- "It's japanese I can't understand what they're saying!!"-non-otaku
