Good post. Just a couple notes from my experience here.
1. Only women use じゃ、またね. Men and women both use じゃ、また.
2. When counting (1,2,3,4) most people seem to use the し reading for 4 instead of よん. It's faster and easier to say in order. Of course, it's also fine to use よん but it seems more ふつう (normal) to use し.

2) Is that so? Sensei always told me that people use よん, but I suppose that stems from her being more than a little old-fashioned.
