Alright you guys! Christmas still isn't for awhile but I know how we all like LOTS of time to get our works ready. Especially if they're going to be presents. And with a majority of us being busy with lives, I think it would be easier for us to start with our Secret Santa now. So! Here are the rules:
The Secret Santa name generator will email you who you'll be secret Santa to. Chero will tell you when you've been emailed who your person is.
Once you get your person, you can start right away to get it done (once they put up their wish list) or you can wait. It doesn't matter. As long as it gets done before the deadline.
Writing the Wishlist:
When posting your Wishlist, please title it "WLB SS Wishlist". Thus will make it easier for us to know which our lists are that we're taking from if you're in multiple secret Santa events <3
Place your wishes into categories. Those categories will be:
-Art
-Wallies
-Fics
Put the categories into order of most preferred that you would like. Most preferred at the top and so on and so forth going down. This will help the one making your gift choose what would be most wanted from you and also deciding what will be easier to the gifter in making.
There will be no limits to how long the Wishlist can be. But at the same time please make the wishes reasonable and possible to make (though with the categories we have I dont think that would be any problem).
Last but not least. Deadline. This is actually pretty important so please follow this carefully.
With all this time given to work, you basically have just a little less than 2 months to work. The deadline is going to be December 24th. There's something about the deadline though. Yes, it's tempting to give the present as soon as its done. But at the same time, some might finish faster than the others. Which leaves those who got their gifts already having nothing left to look forward to before the holiday. So we ask that once you finish your present early, that you wait until the 24th to submit it. This will allow everyone to look forward to something and receive it at the same time. Then no one is left out.
(If there's a problem with submitting it then, though, talk to Chero or I and we'll allow you to either submit earlier or later to whichever is more convenient for you.)
So have at it, guys! Please post your Wishlist as soon as possible within the next week so everyone can start asap if they wish.
