A+=AP=Aristocratic People
AO=Assistant Officer
A-=AM=Able Men
B+=BP=Blood Plus or Blood Pressure
BO=Box Office
B-=BM=Big Meanie
C+=CP=Cheerful Person/Prospects
CO=Commissioned Officer
C-=CM=Can't Make-up

And, so on until F=Fail!
