The anime that is number 1 to me would be Tasogare Otome x Amnesia (Dusk maiden of Amnesia)

Synopsis:
So basically its about a ghost named Kanoe Yuuko. One day a boy goes into a deserted classroom to see if the ghost rumors were true, thats when he met yuuko. The dude then creates a detective club, a club whose goal is to try and uncover yuuko's life story....because she has amnesia ^^
