"If only I were human or animal, things would be better." Deichi murmured. I hadn't meant to overhear him talking to Phyllis, but my great hearing really picked up on it. I wasn't going to say anything, but that last part really upset me.
"Well, you know what? You aren't either of those things. You aren't totally one or the other. So you know what? Deal with it. I have," I turned to him and mouthed off. Man, I was insensitive today. But, I guess that was me everyday. I wasn't a very compassionate creature. I hated it when other people had little pity parties.
Deichi glared at me. "What, so killing people is dealing with it? Are you suggesting I go on some mass murdering spree? Is that going to make me "fit in"?" he asked.
I crossed my arms. "Look, we all deal with things differently. That just happens to be my way of life, and I don't suggest it to anyone. All I'm getting at is that everyone has a burden to bare. Might as well deal with it and move on. No sense getting all sissy like on us," I smirked down at him.
He stood up to his full height, now a few inches taller than I. "Are you suggesting I'm weak? A sissy?"
I shrugged nonchalantly. "You said it, I didn't." A smirk followed again.
He turned away, probably fighting the urge to attack me. Like I cared one way or the other. I looked over at Aki, such a pitiful creature. A fallen angel. He wanted to die. To be sent to the void beyond this life.
I wondered who had betrayed him. I shook my head, why did I care. Being around all these people was confusing my emotions. I was always alone and here I was surrounded by four more people.
I changed into an emotionless vampire and stared at everyone surrounding me. Interestingly enough, we were quite a group. We didn't quite compliment each others' strengths and weaknesses, but a group nonetheless. It would be interesting to see where we were headed from here.

Man what was up with this Aki guy? He wanted to die? For once I had to agree with what Emiko did by trying to punch some scents into him! "IF YOU WANT TO DIE SO BADLY LET ME SPEED IT UP A BIT!" I growled and raced at him turning into a lion between a stride.
He dodged easily by jumping back then flying up. "Come on? Thought you wanted to die!" I growled and tensed my legs ready to jump up. "I already told you I'm not going to die until-" I cut him off with a loud growl and sprang up.
Aki flew out of reach and I landed with a thud on the ground and changed into a hawk and started to fly after him. "Your annoying." He muttered and kicked me sending me down.
I lay there stunned for a sec before I got up and changed back into my human form and saw Aki land. He glared at me for a moment before turning away.
I felt a hand on my shoulder and saw Phyllis looking down at me. "Are you OK Deichi?" She asked in a nice tone. "Yeah." I muttered and got up. "But I'm done fighting you." I growled and started to walk towards Aki. Phyllis grabbed my shoulder pulling me back. "Come on, no more fighting?" She asked me with big eyes. I turned away but nodded. "Good!" She said and smiled at me.
"That was stupid of you Deichi." Emiko said shaking her head then looking back at Aki. "What'd you say?!" I glared at her and started to think of the best animal to fight her as. "Come on." said Phyllis "You said you wouldn't fight any more." I sighed but calmed down and sat down.
Phyllis sat down next to me. "I don't get it." She said to soft for the others to hear. "Why do you keep fighting with Emiko?" She asked. "Its nothing personal...Its just what she is...And what you are....And what I am." I finally sighed. "A...Shapeshifter?" She asked confused. "If only I were human or animal, things would be better." I murmured gazing off into space.

My eyes widened as the new person pointed at me. "Whats she doing here?!" There was an awkward silence. I just stared at him. Phyllis looked at him. "Ummm Deichi....Aki is a boy." His gave me another look and his face reddened. "Oh....i guess he is." Emiko coughed. "Now then back to our question. Why are you here?" I looked at her blankly for a moment. Why was i here? I was here because i was betrayed. Forever stuck in this horrible world. I looked back up at the moon. "I know." Her eyes narrowed. "What do you mean you dont know?!" I gave her a side glance. "I wander around and just end up wherever. It never seems to matter though, every place is the same." Phyllis looked at me. "What do you mean by that?" I gave her a sad smile. "So full of hate and fear. Ready to kill me as soon as they see me without even knowing anything about me." They were all quiet and i knew that they were thinking of their own similar experiences. I looked out across the lake. "I guess i should leave." Deichi looked up. "Why? Where are you gonna go?" I shook my head. His eyes narrowed. "Thats stupid! You have no plan, you just wander around and hope to get through the day?!" My eyes narrowed. "Its my life and i live how i want. Why do you care anyway, you dont even know me?!" He laughed. "I dont care, but i still think you have a death wish!" I flinched and bit my lip. His laughter stopped. Emiko had been standing there listening. "You want to die, dont you?" Phyllis's eyes were wide. "Why?" I looked around. This conversation was quickly becoming a pain. "My life has no meaning. Im just here. Its like im floating around, and everyday i see things in this world that no one should ever see. Ive lived so long, and suffered so much. I tired of it all. Yes i want to die, because if i die i can finally find peace." Emiko punched me in the face. My eyes widened. I landed on the ground, and when i touched my fingers to my lip they came back wet. "Your stupid! If you want to die so badly why didnt you let me kill you?! Nothing you do makes any sense!" I pushed myself off of the ground. "I may want to die, but i still want to choose by whom i meet my end. Ill find him shortly, and when i do, ill take him with me to the void beyond." "Void?" They all said it at once. I rolled my eyes. "Fallen angels dont go to heaven when they die. We go to an endless void. Nothing awaits me on the other side. I had my place once, and i was betrayed and had it taken away." They were quiet. I wanted to leave. I didnt like being around them. I was already talking more than i normally do. Telling them things ive never told anyone. This was bad.

I was walking down some random street with Cujo, Lulu and Xanxiera when I girl ran out of a house. She smelled of shapeshifter, mainly feline. She hopped into her car and drove it purposefully into a nearby tree. A second before the car struck, the girl leapt easily and gracefully out of the open window in the form of a cougar. She had not noticed us. A let a small smile grace my lips before stepping out in front of her. She growled and I smiled wider, showing fang.
"I know your a shapeshifter" I told her, guesturing towards the smashed up car. "After all, I saw you change"
She sighed, as much as a cougar could, and tried to transform. I held her form with my power of control over cats. (jamo if you write next remember she would probably be wondering why she couldn't change ^__-)
"Come with me" I said, leading Cujo, Lulu and Xanxiera the way back to where I kept a more permentant residence. My vampires were here as where many feline shapeshifters and normal cats, both big and small. It was secure, an army of hunters couldn't make their way through all the protection.

"Guys! Guys! It's me!!" I heard someone yell glancing over I saw it was Phyllis."I thought you left." I growled and got up and approached her. "Well...I went after Emiko but it seemed like she wanted to be alone." "Then hopefully she'll stay alone and not come back." I mumbled, Phyllis seemed to ignore that.
"I-I thought may be we should go after her anyway but I wanted you and Cujo to come." I glared at her. "And why the h*ll would I come?" I growled. She looked down and shrugged. "I just wanted to let you know so incas you actually worried you would know where we were."
"We might as well go." I turned around and saw Cujo had listened in on the conversation. "Fine go after her." I shrugged. "Shes not my problem." Phyllis just glared. "You could at least be a bit more mature about it Deichi!" She shouted then started to head back the way she came.
I sighed. I guess that I just agitate people easily...((Me: -_-' wow realizing that now?)) "Man there so much trouble." I mumbled and headed after Phyllis.
Finally I arrived in a clearing by a lake and saw Phyllis, Emiko, and a new person. Looking at her more closely she looked like a fallen angel. "So, Aki, any special reason you are around here?" Phyllis asked and then turned and saw me and glared.
"I thought you wouldn't CARE enough to come." She snapped. "Well, we wouldn't want you two getting hurt now would we?" I grinned. "We?" She questioned. Hem? I glanced back and realized Coju wasn't behind me.
"Hem. Well, it was HIS idea that we come." I mumbled. "Whats she doing here anyway?" I jerked my finger towards the fallen angel.
