I sighed. "And this is why I hate shapeshifters..." I didn't even get why I was hanging around with them. Sure it was getting dark but I could always turn into a bat or something. And if I was caught they would have no proof I was a shapeshifter if I stayed in my animal form...And if they managed to kill me? Like I feared death.((ME: ._.' confident much?))
Grinning to myself I laughed. "Well she did say do what we wanted." I turned to go when Phyllis grabbed my arm. "So your just going to leave like that?" She asked.
I laughed. "Well, I just meet the girl, give me a good reason why I should stay and I will." I said simply and waited well she glared at me. "I don't know! May be because humans are hunting us, because Emiko is hurt, BECAUSE!" She screamed and glared at me. "She's a shapeshifter too."
I just blinked. "Yeah? And I don't need to be with other d@mn shapeshifteres!" I growled and started to storm away mumbling to my self that if I could take care of my self.
I sat down under a tree. "I'm not going ANYWHERE near that girl." I yelled loud enough so Emiko could hear me. I settled my self down and curled up as a fox.

<~/Poochy/~>
._.' Wow anger issues Deichi...
"A 44 magnum did this, your lucky you still have a shoulder," Cujo told me as he sat me down to take a look. I wanted to tell him it would heal in due time as long as I stayed in this form, but I left it alone and let him tie the rag to my shoulder.
He looked up at me and said, "There are some plants around here that can disinfect your wound. Ill look for some come morning."
I nodded knowing the wound should be healed by then if we don't encounter any more problems, and we continued off.
I heard Diechi came up to Cujo and asked, "Why dont you use your werewolf form?"
Cujo looked down and said, "I dont like to use it unless i got to. I can fight pretty damn well in human form. You'll see my wolf form when its needed."
I looked away, and saw a small cave in the side of a small cliff. "We should stop there. We need to rest," I said, nodding to the cave.
Deichi looked at me, "Some of us didn't get to do anything back there, so some of us aren't tired."
I glanced at him, "Ya, well, I'm a damn good tracker and without me at my best, we are kinda screwed. Plus, I know how to handle anything that is throw at me, I've dealt with a lot of this kind of stuff."
He glared at me, "You are so stuck up? But there are three other people here that are just as good if not better than you!"
"Be that as it may, I know the people that are after us."
"You mean that are after you! And by you being here, that puts us all in danger!"
I glared at him. He was right, and I knew it. "I didn't ask you to come with me."
Deichi was about to say something when Phyllis stepped in. "Can we all grow up for a moment? Look, Emiko is right, it is getting dark and we need to save our strength. But, Emiko, you aren't a one woman team. There are three more people here that are on your side."
I glared at Deichi, "I'm not so sure who is on my side." I crossed my arms and turned away, heading for the cave. "Do what you want, I'm saving up my strength."
I headed to the farthest point of the cave and took a deep breath, placing both my hands on the side of the wall. I took a deep breath as the pain of my shoulder got a little worse. I hadn't meant to snap, to show so much emotion. But, the pain in my shoulder was unbearable and was getting worse. It was getting infected.
The bullet couldn't have been a normal one; it had to be a special bullet that was a weakness to shapeshifters. There was no healing this without help. I was going to need those herbs Cujo had been talking about. Unfortuneately, I didn't know the helpful ones from the poisonous ones.
I changed into a strong vampire, the strongest one I had, one that could endure the pain and headed to the mouth of the cave to see who had stayed and who had left. I secretly hoped no one had left. I secretly liked the company, not that I would ever admit that out loud.
I figured Deichi could take whatever I had to dish out and throw it back at me. I had never had someone that could stand up to me, and I admired him for doing that.

Let me know if I didn't get Deichi's character. (And Emiko isn't conceited, she has just always had it where people have leaned on her, where she is the strongest one, so she doesn't know how to act with people as strong as she is)
After introductions we heard a alot shouting coming from nearby. IT was the towns people. they had found us. We ran back to the camp and packed what ever we could. I thru on my backpack and dashed with deichi next to me. Emiko and Phyllis behind us. As we were running Emiko asked where we wered headed. I didnt have an answer for her. Just then i saw a red mist come from her shoulder. We dropped to the ground taking cover in a natural dich. Deichi and Phyllis were behind a bolder near-by. Emiko turned into a fallen angel and stood infront of me. I alreaddy had my gun and knife drawn. Just then A another loud bang. She pulled me back as the bullet kicked up the dirt infront of us. She took off with her arm gushing blood and took out the hunter. She came back and took out 2 more who had snuck up on us. She cut the head off of one and maimed the other. As the one laided on teh ground squirming and bllod flowing from his belly. I raised my pistol and shot him in the head. "i can show mercy", i said to myself. Emiko was now a vampire. She walked over to me clutching her shoulder. She sat on a large stone and i examined her shoulder. I held my hand on the hole left from the bullet. *44 magnum did this, your lucky you still have a shoulder*, i said to her. I tied the rag to her shoulder. It was all i could do. I looked up at her and said,"there are some plants around here that ca disinfect you wound. Ill look for some come morning",she nodded and we continued off. Diechi came up to me and asked,"why dont you use your werewolf form?"
I looked down and said,"I dont like to use it unless i got to. I can fight pretty damn well in human form. Youll see my wolf form when its needed". He was silent after i told him that.
CUJO
someone continue. ^ ^
What I wanted to know was why humans thought they were better than us supernaturals that they thought it was ok to kill us. It would be so simple for me to turn around now and kill every single villager, but I chose to keep that dark part of my heart locked away because I didn't want to become a monster. Even I had standards.
I didn't like being a human while we were running because they are so in comparison to everything else. But, I couldn't morph to vampire because of their great hearing. If I heard what those villagers were saying about me, I would definitely turn around and attack.
Sighing, I changed into the fastest human I knew of and sped up. I wanted to get out of this place so that I could keep drifting from place to place and go on with my life. I didn't like running. I would rather stay and kill, but I had way too much blood on my hands the way it was.
"So, where are you taking us?" Phyllis asked Cujo and Deichi.
I awaited an answer as a bullet cut through my arm and lodged itself into the tree a few feet in front of me. I whipped around, clutching the wound in my arm that was bleeding profusely. There were hunters among the lowly humans. Hunters that knew how to kill supernaturals. I changed into fallen angel I had encountered, stopped, and listened.
The others stopped as well. The blood wasn't stopping. He used a high powered gun that ripped through an artery. This guy was good. I could sense him a few yards away, hiding in some brush. He was aiming right at my heart. But, if I moved, Cujo would get hit behind me.
I made a small movement backwards, and the hunter shot. I was able to gracefully do a backwards flip and pull Cujo down beside me, to prevent him from getting shot. I flapped my feathery wings as I was prepared to go fight him.
"It's a hunter, a very experienced hunter. The villagers have given up, but there are three hunters in the vicinity. Two are still looking for us, they have not yet heard the noise. This one is good. The better of the three, I think," I informed the group.
I shot up into the nearest tree and flew down upon the hunter. He was good, but I was better. I had snuck up behind him. He got a shot out, but I was able to sever his arm before slicing off his head with my bare hands. I grabbed the gun and disassembled it.
I had been shot in the shoulder of the same arm. If he had hit me an inch lower, I would be dead. I changed into a vampire, but even this ones healing abilities were slow to do the deed.
I meandered back to the group, pushing through. The other hunters were mine. I needed to release some pent up anger, and these guys would be the perfect victims.
Continue?
I didn't like that the two we ran into just happened to be shape shifters...The villagers were still chasing us but were having a hard time in the forest. Humans could be so stupid at times.
"Are you sure we can really trust them?" I asked Cujo. He looked at me and shrugged. "Why not? It would be stupid to fight each other when were being hunted by humans. Sides your a shape shifter too, so shouldn't you be happy to see some others?"
"Huh yeah right." I sighed and glanced back again.

hehe remember Deichi doesn't get along well with other shape shifters...
