"Well... I could help you, But I'm not quite sure that I can trust you," she admitted, sitting down and morphing into a fox.
"You? A vampire shapeshifter?" It had been blatantly obvious what she was. I could smell the vampire part of her running through her veins. She had a unique scent unlike any I had ever experienced.
"Well, What do you expect? A Shewolf?!" she joked.
I cocked an eyebrow. "Well, I know you aren't on the side of the people who are out to get me, so I can trust you to a certain extent."
"It can mutualism. We help each other out. It's a win win for both of us," she told me with as much of smile as a fox can produce.
I morphed into a young girl from a villages over and sat down on a tree trunk, stretching my legs. It wouldn't kill me to team up with someone, though it usually wasn't my style. But, maybe by doing so, it would throw off my pursuers. "I guess I'd be fine with that," I nodded in agreement to her proposal.
"If we are going to work together, it would probably be nice to know each others' names," she stated matter-of-factly. "I'm Phyllis."
I chuckled slightly, "Ya, I guess that would be a good idea. I'm Emiko."
I thought I heard something. Morphing into a wolf, I listened. I could hear someone fast approaching. I quickly morphed into another vampire, this one could see and hear things from miles away. It was a bunch of hunters, the ones that were after me. How had they found me? I had been careful to cover up my tracks.
Phyllis was listening intently and knew what was going on. I heard someone release the safety of a gun. Phyllis was starting to morph into something quicker when I heard the sound of a gun go off. I pushed her out of the way and was able to maneuver my body was getting hit. The bullet blasted a part of the tree away.
"Run!" I yelled at her as we headed farther and farther into the trees. These guys were the best of the best, and we were going to have to be prepared to fight.

Escape was evident, but suddenly, a black cat leapt in front of my path. I knew right away what it was. My trained eyes found the tattoo that gave it away. I smiled, continueing with the charade- for now, and picked it up her up.

I just got done with my hand made shelter and the fire was going strong. I heard a wrustling in the bushes. I pulled out my Bowie knife and laid it next to me. I put my hand on my gun and just then I was hit with the smell. "come on out I have no reason to fight", i said. Out of the bushs came a wolf with shining yellow eyes. A gust of window mad the fire billow up between us and as it settled stood a brown haired man alittle younger then me he appeared. He sat down on opposite of me with the fire between us. I tossed him a leg of deer meat thru the fire. "Eat up", i said. "why are yoo giving me your food?" he asked. " number 1, if we are going to get out of here alive we need to work together, and number 2 i got no reason to fight you so just except the meat.", i replied. He cracked a grin at me. "names Deichi", he said. "im Cujo", i replied. I moved the fire with a stick and as the sparkes billowed up i said to him," There will be more coming when they catch the smell of this fire".

Changing quickly, I was now the wife of a bank broker I had a seen on my way into town. Tucking a stay blonde hair behind my ear, I headed into a local cafe to get out of the rain. I needed some food to replenish my energy. I had been changing a lot today. I could never stay in the same form for very long. I needed to be different people.
I sat at the counter and ordered a burger and fries, something quick so I could hurry up and leave. I noted how many people were in the cafe: 5, including me. There was two cooks in the back and two waitresses, one in the front and one flirting with the dishwasher.
Just as the waitress handed me my basket, the doorbell went off, signaling more customers. I paid no heed as I took a bite of the burger. Suddenly there was a gasp among the workers. I glanced up, what was going on? They were looking at me and the couple that had just entered. It was the banker and his wife.
I cursed under my breath and was about to alter my appearance somewhat so that we wouldn't look identical when the manager came out of his office with a shotgun. "You're one of those paranormal beings. A shapeshifter," he said as he prepared to shoot.
I moved so that I was standing right in front of the couple, "Shoot," I challenged. If he missed, the couple would be dead.
"There is a warrant out for all you unnatural beings. None of you deserve to live," he told me. I changed into the last vampire I had come in contact with. HE had been quite powerful and I could use his speed and strength at the moment. The manager shot, and I moved.
Screams ensued as the banker fell dead. I was behind the manager now. I grabbed the gun and bent it with my bare hands. I pulled out a knife I slit his throat. As he gasped for breath, I moved to the wife.
"Please," she begged. "I have children."
"Not my concern," I said, I was ready to lash out, but someone caught my arm.
It was Him. The head honcho himself, "You really shouldn't do that now, Emiko. It is very unbecoming."
I slashed my knife and caught him in the arm as I started my escape. "Your birthmark gives you away. You and all of your kind will forever be hunted. You will get yours," he called after me, anger in voice.
His thugs tried to stop me, but I killed them with swift stabs to the neck. I fled deeper into town, changing into a small seven year old kid. After I was a few blocks down, I was a stray dog. A few blocks later, I was an old woman ambling along. I was outside the town now, a seventeen year old school girl.
Great, now more people would be after me. However, it was unlikely that I would ever get caught again. I could change into whomever I wanted. I could be anyone I wanted. There was no limits to whom I could be.
