This was my newest world, the last one that I made. It was made so that I can give dedication to today most famous country in media and electronics and that is Japan.
I didn't manage to post as much post and about things that I originally planned, but also this world never got too much of attention. I also kind of liked the design of it and I tried to make it as much interesting as possible, but even so it was a great enjoyment for me to write all that.
Now it has finished.. Though never forget this, you all who made to this site carry certain memories and emotions even to regards to something small called anime or manga or anything else that came for that country. Some it helped to shape its personality, others only to cure their boredom. For me it also had special meaning which I will always remember.
Too much to write and too much to know, it is not necessary anymore. The last post I will also dedicate to something, more of a personal note, because I am sure that none is interested in this. Still I hope that you will enjoy and thank you everyone for all your time and comments that you left here. As always even if it has the lowest number of views it could have been even lower and I respect and appreciate every single one of them. Thank you everyone~!
~*~ Shogun: Total War ~*~
The series very well know for their real time and excellent done strategies which will take you through not only as a general of the war, but also managing your own country, diplomacy and development of it, showing hard yet interesting sides from it. That series is Total war series.
There are many games in that each spawning different period and different part of the world. I would like to mention the very first one that began it all called Shogun Total war. Today it might look outdated, but there is a reason why Japan was chosen as a center piece and the beginning of this project. Japan, a country which for one thousand years only strived to perfect their art of war, bushido and art. The spirit their had and way of life no other warrior had ever in the whole world history. While Spartans also were broad warriors, samurais developed on a more spiritual level and respect honor above even life.
Going too much into detail, again, would take too much time, but is a theme that I like to talk about and that is also well presented in that game. But that game is outdated for today's standards and for that the Creatively assembly (the studio behind the game) made the second game, Shogun 2 Total war which is just fantastic and brilliant in every aspect possible. It also has the chapters "Rise of the samurai" (how the samurai first began taking the story of the year 1150) and "Fall of the samurai" (the time when Americans and other European nations came and when the traditional way of life in Japan was remade starting in 1853). The original game itself takes places of the fall of Ashikaga shogunate and the rise of a new Tokugawa one starting in 1525 and finally ending in 1600.
Most of you are probably very confused by this, but that's okay, I only wanted to give my respect and regards to this game and all the work that the people behind it did.
