Dear Nina,
I'm not grounded anymore. Since my dad was in a good mood, I asked him if I could get my internet back even though it hasn't been two weeks, and he said yes. But I'm still going to type this on my mom's computer. Today we went on the Chorus Field trip. Long story. So I woke up at 5:00 AM. I HAD to, if I wanted to get my Algebra homework done. I actually set my cellphone alarm (I have never done that), and it actually woke me up! I then set it to 5:23 AM and woke up then. I got up and got dressed and was ready at 5:45 AM. I looked so cute in my black pants and white shirt! I ate my breakfast after getting dressed and was ready to do my Algebra homework at 6:00 AM. It took me like 1 hour to finish it. Good thing I had time to finish it!
Then my mom dropped me off at school. I was happy I didn't have to ride the bus. I kind of begged her. And so we went on the field trip. On the bus, I sat next to my friends. They were all funny! When we got out, we went into this HUGE school and then went into the auditorium. IT WAS BIG. And then we watched the first group of kids. I could swear their Chorus teacher was flirting with the judge and giving "a look" to our teacher. But their group was GOOD! And then it was our turn to get up. We first practiced in a room then went on the risers and everyone heard us sing. I actually took deep breaths and I didn't feel my face turn red. It was fun. After that, we all went into this other room for testing. We had to read out loud this rhythm sheet. On the second try, I accidently messed up in front of everyone. IT WAS EMBARRASSING!
Then we went back to the auditorium. There were these high school girls (all in dresses, weird) assisting us. I think we saw 2-3 last groups. They were all unique and good. I'm 100% sure about that. They all sang differently, and AWESOMELY! I love these songs. One group had a great girl singer who had a great voice when she sang the solo! And then we went back on the bus to go. We arrived back at school at 1:00 PM. We all ate pizza! IT WAS FUN! We all laughed and told jokes while eating this amazing YUMMY pizza. After like 30 minutes, we all went to our last period classes (I had Music). We had a substitute in Music and it was Ariana's mom! We watched a movie... on the risers (they were still there). Then the bell rang and I rode the bus home. It was a beautiful day. When I got home, I layed down on my mom's bed and fell asleep. I was asleep for like 45 minutes. And when it was time to eat dinner, I didn't want to wake up. I felt SOOO sleepy. I haven't felt so sleepy for a long time! After that, I tried going back to sleep but I couldn't, so we watched 2 movies. Then I took a shower and now I'm typing this. FUN DAY, RIGHT?!
