After some nudging by Kira and having fun with another avatar last night, I changed my main avatar. I thought this description might be fun.
Last time I just played with my PhotoStudio, which I was just barely getting the hang of, until I thought it was enough. I started with a negative shot of Kamui's eye in Tsubasa: Tokyo Revelations. a At the time, I was obsessed with samurai, Rurouni Kenshin, sakura petals, roses petals, and eyes. The blue feathers came from a scene with Seta Soujiro, where a beautiful blue bird flies off, contrasting with his killer instinct and view of the samurai law.
This time, I ended up combining a different sets of passions with an image from X. For the background, I added a sunset and a sea or field of lilies or irises. With the angel or fantasy theme, I added many feathers. (Thanks to a certain *cough* rogue, I am back to playing with feathers more often.) And finally, there is a hint of the medieval times and a glimpse of poetry underneath the picture.
I'll see if I like this one as much as the other.
