I don't like talking about myself, so, uh...yeah. lol. I'm a major gamer, I read a lot of books (physics, math, philosophy, fantasy), watch and read some anime, and spend the rest of my time being annoyed at gravity for restricting me to being able to do only one front flip at a time.
I've posted a few of the articles/essays I've written, so if you're ever interested in reading anything that I have thought about or researched, check out my articles world, Kastom's Thoughts.
And the essentials:
Kastom's Bio:
Birth date: September 10, 1989
Sex: Male
Real Name: Tomas (Tom)
Living: Ontario, Canada
Occupation: University of Waterloo Undergraduate Physics Major
And I leave you with a quote from Adam which sums me up well:
"Kastom is very smart and wise, but sometimes he acts like a n00blet..."
So E3, eh? Few really sweet things so far. I am really looking forward to Halo: ODST. It's gonna be sweeeeet. And then a few of the Nintendo things look pretty cool, like Metroid: Other M.
But the thing I want to mention here is the "pulse" thingy that Nintendo is releasing. Dumbest thing ever, right? Well, I'd agree. But at the same time, I can think of one use that I would LOVE.
Horror Games.
Just imagine playing a horror game, where things get crazier the more rapidly your pulse begins to beat. It'd be amazing! Just like the sanity meter from Eternal Darkness, where you need to calm your character down, or else things like start happening, like the camera going all weird, the walls bleed, etc. It'd be soooooo cool if the more panicked you as the player become, the more insane the game becomes.
But of course, this will never happen. No way the industry is going to do anything actually COOL with this thing.
*sigh*
Anyways, gotta go study some. Two midterms today! Huzzah!
Looking forward to having a Halo party with a bunch of his friends this week,
Well it's a long weekend here in Canada. Victoria Day weekend, or, better known, May Two Four (because the Queen's B-Day is May 24th). And yes, that is referencing a 24 case of beer, no joke.
Canadians drink a lot.
*laughs*
So both of my roommates have gone home for the weekend. I could've, but it's a good 6-ish hours back home from Uni, so it's not really worth it for just the three day weekend. Not to mention I have a crapload of homework that needs to be done due to my slacking all week. Well, no, not slacking; more like PRIORITIES. I was busy making the vids and stuff for ACen.
Hahahahaha...I have my priorities set well.
lol.
But yeah, so far it's been nice. Rather relaxing, even though all I'm really doing is homework. I slept in until 11 this morning, lol. But that was because last night I was up 'till around 3. Mainly due to watching The Final Sacrifice with Kat. So in other words, totally worth it.
Hahahahahha....
Still trying to get it into my head the whole having a girlfriend thing. The way I see it is that it'll come naturally, no need to stress anything. The awesomeness of it is sinking in, and I don't want to do anything to mess with it.
Movie Sign in two and a half hours. I'd better get this lab done.
Hmmmm....I think I'll fry up some potatoes again to eat during MS. Those fries I made last night were godly.
So I'm pretty sure that most of you have heard about the whole KastXKat thing. lol. Well, we have now decided that we are going to try it.
Sure, there's the distance.
Sure, neither of us really know how a long-distance relationship works.
But I'm just like, screw it. This kind of thing doesn't happen to me, so I can tell you that I sure as hell am not going to pass up on such an amazing opportunity as this.
So yeah, that's pretty well dominating my brain right now, lol. Other things happening, but whatevs.
And now I leave you with this:
Yeah, that's my room. lol. I finally have got around to putting up all my posters and stuff since I got back to my rez room last week. That and putting up all my ACen swag.
