Today was so sweet. And it's not even close to being over. w00t!
Starting off with the bad though, my Wii is almost completely messed. It only plays some games! It started doing this a week before Brawl came out, and I couldn't play Melee. Luckily Brawl worked once I got it, so I figured I'd just get it fixed when I went home in April. However, just a few days ago, Brawl didn't work. So now I'm really annoyed. Looks like I'll just have to wait until the end of April to get it fixed since it's exams now anyways...
One good thing though. One of the games I had completely forgotten about having, Worms 3D, didn't work when the Wii first starting messing up. But today I tried it again, and it worked!...when I turned the Wii on it's side instead of standing up. lol. No idea why, so I guess it must be something physical that's the problem.
But yeah, Worms 3D is amazing. I bought it when it first came out a few years ago, and really liked it, even though it was so different from the previous ones like Armageddon, which is utterly amazing. Still it's really good in it's own way. Playing today with my friends was sooooo fun, because we were all just yelling, "NO! GO FOR HIM! MESS UP MESS UP!!" And just yelling everything. Soooo much fun being that loud, lol...
I also installed Jade Empire today. I only played for about 5 minutes, but it seems really good. I'm going to play some more tonight. It's like Legend of Zelda meets Neverwinter nights. It seems really sweet.
The reason I stopped playing Jade, was because it was soooo nice out today, that three of my friends and I went and played football outside. It was like, 13 degrees outside today!
Celsius of course for those of you that use that crazy Fahrenheit system. No idea what it would be in your degrees.
But yeah, it was still wet 'cause the snow is still melting, but that just made it more fun on the grass, lol. But I swear, I was doing more flips and such than I was playing, lol. I pulled off a few really sweet frontflips, which I'm really happy about. I've almost perfected doing frontflips on the ground. I'm getting closer to being able to do no-handed cartwheels, though I think I'm just doing them wrong, since I'm just kinda making it up as I go, lol. One-handed cartwheels/one-handed 180 handsprings are still really easy, but I don't know how to do the follow-up backflips. I need to learn.
I got so dirty too. lol. Made me totally feel like a little kid. I was covered in mud from tearing up the wet grass after diving and rolling, or doing something else crazy. Mwhahaha, it's so fun to be dirty still! I swear, even when I'm like, 50 or 60 I'm still going to be doing these things and roll around in the dirt and mud. lol. And then once I got inside I started spreading the mud on my hands all over my body cause I wasn't wearing anything but my boxers on my way to the shower. lol. I annoyed a bunch of people on my floor asking them if they wanted a hug, mwhahahha, lol! I was like, "This mud is the mark of a TRUE WARRIOR!!!"
I'm still a child inside.
Well, I'm going to get back to studying for a bit, then play some games!

Yeah, so I kinda watched all 26 episodes of Claymore in, um, two days. lol. I don't know how I did it either! I mean, I had 4 hours of class, plus a few hours of tutorials on Monday, AND I had to study for two a lab exam and programming test on Tuesday! I just don't understand how I watched all the episodes between Monday and Tuesday. It just doesn't seem like it was possible on top of everything else...
But yeah, anyone that wants to watch a good series, watch Claymore. It was WOW good. Just be ready for extreme graphic-ness. Definitely one of the most violent animes I've ever seen. It's on the scale of Elfin Lied. And that's how you KNOW it's very violent, lol. Only funny thing is that the Claymores can regenerate themselves somewhat, so the main character will lose some body parts, only to grab her detached, legs for instance, and just hold them up to her stumps, then they regenerate back on. One time this character got, like, half her side including her arm sliced off, only to regenerate it all. lol. It was so intense. Now I've got to read the manga which is still going on...
Well, exams start next week. I've got Chem Thursday morning, and Chem Lab Thursday night. So I'm going to have to start studyin' for those this weekend. *sigh* So much studying...

So, basically, I never got around to writing the article. lol. Whenever I decided to start working on it, something would come up, like Brawl, or writing something else. I really need to get to it. Gah! *hits self*
Well it's last week of classes. Then the fun, fun month of exams. I'm going to have to start studying next weekend for Chem, and then it'll be almost constant studying for the entire month.
One really good thing I'm looking forward to is the Brawl tourny that my University's gamers club is hosting next week. The one last semester (obviously with Melee) was really well done, and I ended up getting to the quarter-finals. But I definitely could've made it all the way. I just got nervous and began making a lot of mistakes. Oh well. THIS time, I'm going to pwn all teh n00bs!!11

So I started watching Trinity Blood yesterday. It seems like an OK anime. So I guess I'll watch the entire thing. I'm now on episode 8 or 9 (can't remember, lol), and there are only 26. Next I think I might watch Trigun...not sure entirely...anyone have any suggestions for anime? I've got an entire summer working a lot, and nothing else really, so I figure I might as well watch/read a bunch of anime. So any suggestions?

So today I had basically nothing to do, so on a whim I decided to make a CG anime pic following several tutorials. Here's what I managed:
It's really not that good, but I'm still pretty happy with it since it was my first ever. Anyone have any suggestions, comments? Next time I'm definitely making the hair less complicated. It took so long...
So been playing lots of Brawl online lately. It's awesome, except for the lag. But whatever, it's not TOO bad. I blame my rez's internet. It's very finicky.
So it turns out I'm on the Dean's Honour List at my University because of my fall semester's marks. Apparently less than 25% of undergraduates are on it. Wow, looks like "I did good". "I did really good"...lol...
Well I'm probably going to get to writing that article soon.

Yay, my life post was posted. I'd been meaning to write stuff about that idea for weeks now, cause it'd been something on my mind since the pokemon incident I mentioned. lol.
So I randomly decided to check out the authour of Con Plague of the Wooden Kind, Drazzhar, and found out that he does a webcomic. And WOW, that is some funny stuff. I read the entire thing right away. lol. I totally suggest that everyone checks it out if they haven't before. Go here to see it. It is just on his and his wife's otaku lives, and it's extremely well done and entertaining.
So I just found out about the new Sonic game, it looks pretty cool. Only thing is, he can apparently turn into a werewolf or something. Hmmmmm...now WHO other major character just recently was given the ability to turn into a wolf? I think I may have played it just a while ago. I think the main character wore green or something...
All I can say is good job Sega, good job...
Dead Fantasy II is out!! And WOW, it is even better than I! I had completely forgotten about checking up on this, but VGCats reminded me. If you haven't seen the first one just check out his profile at Gametrailers. Also check out his other vids. Haloid is really quite good, and very funny as it's like a fanboy's dream come true...just watch and you'll see what I mean...lol...
Also, Card Sagas Wars!! The beta is going to be out soon! I can't wait to try this game. Here's the newest trailer. This looks so awesome! There are going to be so many characters once they finish it! And if you look closely towards the end, Crono is in it!! YES! But for now, just have to settle for the beta version with Link, Cloud, X, and KOS-MOS. I really hope they release it soon...
I've got my last test before finals on Wednesday, so I just might be able to actually write that Men of War article by the end of the week. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
