Quick draw experiment

Thanksgiving was...really effing boring. Wow. It was just...incredibly dull. Very few people were on, nothing was being updated, and it was just one overall ball of boredom. There was good TV though! So I at least was entertained by that.

Later on in the afternoon/evening, I decided to do a test run of something I've always wanted to do, which is record myself drawing and then, you know, speed it up and watch what I do. ...So I did.

Actually, I ended up doing it twice. The first time, I had the camera under my chin, but ended up with a screen that was 3/4 my shirt and 1/4 the drawing. Take two involved putting the camera on a side table and hoping for the best. Turned out much better, though due to the location the lighting isn't as good and half the screen is the static background of my basement.

I think what's more amusing is seeing the very short bits of pauses, where I am fumbling for my eraser, throwing out a short piece of lead, or answering a Skype call. XD

Finished sketch (which isn't very quality since it's a photo rather than a scan).

Song used is "Love Don't Roam" from Doctor Who. It was played on a stereo in The Runaway Bride, for the curious. It was the song I listened to on repeat when I did my first run, and it fit the time span, so it worked.

BUT KAT WHO DID YOU DRAW It's that Doctor Who character I mentioned two posts ago. >>;
