2.) A card from Kastom.
3.) A card from Japan.

Mom's commentary:
1.) "Who do you know in Florida?"
2.) "*proceeds to mispronounce Tom's name*
"I'm really waiting for one from Washington..."
3.) "And one from Washington."
"FREAKIN' FINALLY!"
