Back to this again

The next semester is already looming ahead, and part of that involves the fact that scholarship information for the art department has been put on display. Five pieces, can be in any medium, and, well, trying to be awesome.

I do think I grew a lot as an artist between now and six months ago, but actually looking at my work, it's hard to say what really stands out and is different. My portfolio from Art 100 is rather dreadful until we got into charcoal and actually using value. Art 102 is...okay. There's some decent stuff, but for the most part that wasn't a very impressive "project" class.

So I once again turn to you guys for help, which I hate to do for my mere guilt factor. But if you're familiar with my stuff or can take a quick bum-through of my gallery and throw out suggestions of work that would be good for this, I'd really appreciate it.

Right now I'm thinking of using my drawing final and perhaps the portrait I'm working on right now (once it's finished, of course). If I felt like being daring, maybe I'd submit the series of theTaco "trading cards" (yes, I'll do more, I'm just swamped this week kthnx).

...Other than that, I'm blanking out. =_=

Also, I have to write a speech. Boo.
